Our stay was very peaceful and just what we needed as a quick getaway. The unit was well equipped and the decor was updated. When I contacted Traci before our stay she was very responsive. I would recommend this rental to anyone looking to be on the lake . The only issue we had is that the buildings are not well marked with numbers when trying to locate your unit at night. Also there are several steps so it is not recommended for those with mobility issues. For us, this was a great stay and location.

Nice and spacious!

My boyfriend and my twin and her husband all stayed. The bedroom has a nice big bed and is still very spacious. The living room was nice. The tv and games were great and all the utensils were nice to have and cook with. It’s in a nice neighborhood that felt safe. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived the stairs were covered in ice and clearly not maintained. We went to take a shower and had no water, then we get the water to turn on and were welcomed with sulfur ice water. Once we got the water ran through enough the smell went away. Tried for hot water the next morning and there was none. Pretty disappointing stay.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m truly sorry that your stay did not meet expectations. For clarification, the HOA is fully responsible for snow and ice removal, including the stairs, and they handle all clearing and maintenance during winter weather. I will address your concerns with them immediately. Regarding the water: due to extended freezing temperatures, the water is temporarily shut off between guests to prevent frozen or burst pipes. Automatic messages are sent prior to arrival, and I personally followed up with instructions on how to turn the water back on. When water sits unused, a temporary sulfur smell can occur, which typically resolves once the water is run—as you experienced. I do want to sincerely address the concern about hot water. If you had contacted me during your stay, I would have immediately sent someone out to resolve the issue or offered a discount. Unfortunately, I was not made aware of any hot water issue until reading this review. I truly cannot fix an issue I don’t know about. I always encourage guests—here or anywhere they stay—to reach out to the owner or host right away if there is a concern. Most hosts genuinely want the opportunity to fix the problem and make things right before a negative experience is reflected in a review. Again, I’m sorry for the frustration you experienced and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

Stay was great, place was clean and host had a couple snacks out! Would absolutely stay again. Host even answered a question the night before their child’s wedding. VRBO didn’t show me a building number but seller answered very quickly
