Pet friendly easy access to mini activities perfect location. Lots of friendly deer, but their poop was a bit of a surprise in the yard lol

Perfect Long Weekend Getaway

My husband and I stayed here with our dog Chewy for Labor Day weekend. The location was perfect! We were able to walk everywhere and many places had outdoor patios that were dog friendly. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for all sorts of fun

The 1 bedroom home could be the nicest most comfortable we’ve stayed in. For a 1 bedroom it was a perfect size for 2 adults with a decent size living area, large bedroom, eating area and nice size bath. The location is great if you’re visiting to go tubing or just hang out in New Braunfels or Gruene. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Great location

Comfortable, private. Sweet house, nice washer/dryer. Clean pool with nice landscaping. Walk to park and town. Breakfast and lunch places just short walk away with friendly welcoming people. We had an excellent time visiting family in New Braunfels!

Cute cottage

Loved the cottage, walking distance to downtown. We were able to enjoy the Veterans Day Parade and close to shops and restaurants. Cute diner was right across the street with yummy pancakes! So sweet to leave a goodie bag for our dog, he enjoyed the treats! We will definitely stay here again and will refer others . 🙂

5 day Gettaway

This property is wonderful. I will ALWAYS stay in Comal River Cottages from now on when in New Braunfels. The property manager was wonderful. Everything you could possibly need is in the rental and if you find you need something, they bring it right over. The location is right by the river and everything is in walking distance. We loved our stay.

Business that was a pleasure.

Short notice and perfect.The town is much lovelier than I could have hoped for. Property is immaculate and super convenient- drive right up to back door!!Fantastic place for our fur babies to enjoy our work trip.The neighbors were amazing...gave us a first-class tour of the city in a great golfcart, just cuz we were sitting on the porch.We hope to come back soon.

A New Braunfels Adventure

This was a house I could enjoy calling my second home. It is located on the edge of a very peaceful neighborhood that is literally across the street from a huge water park. The house is cozy with just the right amount of room to be comfortable and to provide for daily activities. We had room for our son and his family to join us for dinner. They live in town, so it was wonderful getting to visit with them.

Quick family getaway

We wanted to be able to stay with our dogs, and have the luxuries of home for the kids. Lucky we are a small family of 4, the space was open and welcoming. It was great for a short visit. My only complaint would be the fenced in yard would be nice to have a gate so we didn’t have to leash the dogs. But overall a great place & location.

Like new old school sweet spot

Great place for a romantic getaway with the wife to enjoy the Christmas lights. It’s right across the street from Schliterbahn for you summer Loved how they kept the place good as new while keeping the old tile floors, antique knobs and cabinetry and kitchen. The faucets are all new and the doors have easy to use combo locks. Everything worked perfectly. Check your email for the WiFi don’t use the password on the fridge.

Perfect location

Great location! Near all the attractions including walking distance to the tube rentals. Close to restaurants and shops. One bedroom with a pull out couch for sleeping. It was clean, and stocked but nothing really special. The kitchen is minimally stocked as far as dishes and utensils. I don’t think you would want to cook there, and they even say “you’re on vacation, go out to eat. Which is fine, just mentioning it in case you plan on cooking. Also, lack of cleaning supplies, as in none. All in all it was great for our 2 night stay.

Great location to Comal

Super cute, clean and nicely located from the last Comal River exit near Union St. The small pool was nice. Yet, it’s communal and there were a lot of guests next door (17 guests) that bogarted the pool most evenings. However, being located across the street from a diner, bar and other eateries made up for it. We will be back!
