Hot Spot on Comal River. Best Location in Town.

This great condo is in a fantastic location. Located about 50 yards from the Comal River and about three blocks from the center of New Braunfels. One mile to Schlitterbahn. 3.8 miles to to Gruene, TX.

This condo is professionally cleaned and sanitized between all guests.

Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $40 per animal per stay.

I am the owner of this condo and it is a full time short term rental.

There is a nice elevator to this condo.

No extra guests, visitors or pets without owner approval. Sorry, no service annimals.ive had too many problems. Thank you.

Fireplace is out of order and not to be used at anytime. Parking is first come first serve. Parking pass will be on kitchen counter after checkin.

This condo was very well located. Getting to the actual location of the condo was bit confusing with the stairs and elevators. Communication from the host was great. The pool and hot tub was clean. The other guest were kind and and even though it was Spring break it wasn't overly crowed .

Great communication with host. Great location. Well-worn apartment. High/major spots were clean (sinks/appliances/linens/beds). Cabinet doors, floors, corners were a little crusty. No washer/dryer in unit. It could be clarified that coin operated washer/dryers are available within the complex.

Overall the condo was clean. It just feels a little run down. Chips from paint on doors, walls, floors, etc. Just not fresh feeling, but everything was clean. Feels like it needs a little upgrade. There are so many condos there that we will look for something with a little more freshened up feeling. Confusing they way the rooms are numbered. I understand that the different buildings are on a downhill slant but when the same floor room numbers go from 1001 to all of a sudden 2002, and you thought you were on the first floor, it is confusing. Overall we had a really good visit and plan to rent again from River Run Condos.

This is the most amazing property on the Comal in my opinion. We loved that this condo was pet-friendly, has amazing AC, and all the comforts you need to enjoy your stay on the river.
