I am glad that you liked the spacious accommodation :) ! Yes it is always lovely to walk to the lake ... You are right in the summer it can be tricky to park in the historical town of Annecy , so it is nice to be able to take the bus next door, or the bike :)

Thank you for your comments. I am glad that everything was perfectly working and you were happy of the helps I did provide to your different questions. Yes the toilets are located in the entrance (separate room) Another room is dedicated to washing mashing / dryer / clothes, in the entrance. As to the look, guests usually say it does look like the pictures. Since covid we had to withdraw a few decoration elements to ensure perfect cleaning... maybe that is an explanation. One TV in each bedroom, but you can turn the one in the second bedroom to see it from the living area. ( not sure that you noticed that) Hope that helps clarifying the situatiton.

Certains sont impossibles à satisfaire, heureusement cela est rare :) "Fonctionnel, propre, excellente literie", ça commençait pourtant bien! . se faire complimenter sur la conformité des photos, puis : - entendre que la déco n'est pas agréable, - se faire conseiller d'acheter des meubles chez But, (contre qui je n'ai rien!) - suggérer un porte manteau, là ou il y a un placard, - choisir ce logement, mais penser que celui du dessus aurait été mieux... - offrir au jardin : tomates, raisins, basilic, persil, ciboulette, planter des fleurs juste avant votre arrivée, et entendre que le jardin n'est assez beau. Les fleurs sont certes plus nombreuses au printemps qu'en septembre. - vous accueillir en personne le week-end, passer une heure à échanger, montrer des photos de visites, de restaurants les pieds dans l'eau, éplucher le guide digital - désolée format papier interdit par les conditions sanitaires actuelles. Le tout alors qu'il était difficile de connaitre votre horaire d'arrivée. Une rencontre étonnante. Nous sommes d'accord sur un point : la région est formidable. Ravie aussi que vous ayez apprécié le stock de pastilles lave-vaisselle avec lequel vous êtes partie!

Thank you very much for noticing that the location is great because central : next door skiing, walking distance to the lake, cycling path and commodities... all with a private garden and a very comfortable flat. :)
