This beautiful 65 m² through apartment has a very nice view of the canal and the castle. The charm of the waxed lime colored walls, the old-fashioned ceilings and the exposed beams will delight you. You will find:
A pretty little living room overlooking the canal with a top-of-the-range sofa that can be converted easily into a comfortable bed for 2 people
A large kitchen / dining room with modern kitchen with a stone worktop, fully equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator, multifunction oven, ceramic hob, a Nespresso coffee machine in addition to the filter coffee maker, the kettle and toaster
A pretty hall leading to the bedroom with on one side a bathroom with shower cabin, towel dryer radiator, hair dryer, on the other side of the hall the toilets with washbasin
A large 25 m² bedroom equipped with a large 180x200 bed convertible on request into two 90x200 twin beds, and desk table
High speed WIFI internet access (FIBRE)
2 televisions
All bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds, perfect for a restful sleep
The linen is provided in full
Cot and high chair available free of charge on request

The apartment is located in the historic center, in a quiet pedestrian street.
The lake is nearby. The district is lively with many restaurants and you can stroll through the streets and the quays of the Thiou canal to discover the city and its attractions. A beautiful food market takes place 3 times a week in the neighborhood and a flea market takes place in the old quarters every last Saturday of the month. In addition to all this, water activities (beach, swimming, boating) and many hikes in the surrounding mountains will occupy your leisure time.

All of the positive reviews about this apartment are true. It is spacious and beautiful and well appointed with windows overlooking a quiet part of old town in two directions. It is a memorable romantic setting for a couple. We recommend bringing your own Nespresso pods and using the nearby Lav'confort Express laundromat if you need to do laundry.

Historic 300 years old building, full of history. Renovated so very comfortable. Traveling w our 21-yr old son, he had his own room and so did my husband and I. Located in beautiful Annecy Le Vieux, near all sights, restaurants, train & bus station.

Great Experience

Our favorite place we stayed our entire time in Europe. Perfectly quaint and felt like we were really immersed in the area and lifestyle. Bed was very comfortable, the windows were fantastic, and we appreciated the fan. Great location--easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do. Dominique was very helpful with local information and very easy to work with. Very highly recommend!

Just steps from everything.

Annecy is a beautiful mid evil city, and this apt. was right in the middle of everything!! We were there for the autumn festival (2nd Saturday in October) the parade was just out the front steps!

Nice old place

The location of the home was perfect- right in the middle of the old town pedestrian area. House was well equipped. Only downsides are no Ac, low ceiling height, and on the 4th floor with no elevator.

thank you for your review. I am very happy you enjoyed your stay at Le Rousseau. However regarding the dowsides you are refering to and as I told you the AC is not allowed in this historic building but several high standard silent fans in the apartment can widely compensate the AC absence. The building is dated 17th century so there is no elevator as stated in the apartment description Finally I was sorry to ask you for the payment of the rent once you had already left.but I was expecting an apology from you Thanks once again for your stay with us

Great Apartment, Supreme Location

We had a really nice stay at the Warrens apartment. The flat was extremely clean, large and comfortable. The check in and check out were easy, but the best thing about it is location. The apartment is in the very center of Annecy and one wouldn't be able to place it more centrally than it is. The host was great answering all our questions, giving us tips about places to go and see, and even booking us a good restaurant for the evening. Great place. Thank you, Dominique. Hope to be back one day.

Awesome spot in old Annecy overlooking a canal!

Dominique was great in getting us oriented and settled. It was the perfect place for a few days of exploring Annecy. Right in the heart of the historical district. I would stay here again, in fact I plan to. It was great to be in a 350 year old historic building. I liked that the toilet was a separate room from shower for multiple users. Sink in each of those rooms. Cute kitchen area and the sitting room has an amazing pull out couch that my daughter slept on. One of my favorite places ever on VRBO.

Beautiful place to stay in the heart of Annecy! Dominique is very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed the walkability of the area. Great access to the markets, canal, lake, and shops. A few things to know: the property does not provide napkins/linens, Nespresso pods, or laundry detergent so you need to bring your own. Also if you want to rent a beach towel for the lake it’s 5 euros PER TOWEL. So if you like to travel light, and don’t bring a beach towel that’s an expense. All in all it’s a delightful place to stay and I’d recommend it!

Amazing place, amazing owner.

This was a gem of a find and I am not sure I should be leaving a review as we may never be able to rent this wonderful apartment in one of the nicest spots in France again. However, Dominique deserves much praise for the immaculate and clean state of the apartment. No Kmart rugs in this place. Only the best. We enjoyed ourselves tremendously for the 3 night we were there and have no reservations in recommending this place as a must do stop-over. Thank you Dominique. Fabulous apartment with beautiful view

This is a beautiful old building in the heart of Annecy. The entrance faces the cathedral and the back overlooks one of the most beautiful spots on the canal. Both sides are pedestrian-only and so there is no traffic noise. Our apartment was the "Warrens" and it reaches from the bedroom at the front of the building all the way to a bright sitting room at the back. In between is a large kitchen and eating area. The bedroom is huge and comfortable. The entire apartment was clean and well equipped. My wife and I prepared our meals at the apartment and the amount of money we saved not eating out more than paid for the accomodations. (There is a Monoprix a short walk away.) Our hosts were a lovely family living upstairs. Dominique provided helpful advice and recommendations on how to spend our three days in Annecy. There is no adjacent parking but free indefinite parking is available about 15 minutes away. Your best option, if you have large bags, is to drive as close as possible, park briefly while you check in and drop off your bags, and then move the car to the far side of the police station. Google Maps is of limited help because it isn't quite up-to-date on which streets are pedestrian-only and some stretches are only closed to cars at certain times of the day. I highly recommend these apartments.

Excelente experiencia

Alojamiento amplio y super cómodo, tal cual se ve en las fotos! Muy limpio! Excelente comunicación con la anfitriona. Ubicación ideal, a pasos de todo! El apartamento es super cómodo para una familia de cuatro. La habitación con la cama doble es muy espaciosa con vistas a la calle, y el espacio donde está el sofá-cama es un poco más reducido pero igualmente cómodo (en especial porque es muy fácil armarlo-desarmarlo) y con una linda vista al canal. La puerta corrediza que separa a este último le da más privacidad que lo convierte en un dormitorio más! La ducha separada del WC es super práctico (al igual que las dos piletas). Ducha con muy buena presión y temperatura. En la cocina hay todo lo que se pueda llegar a necesitar. La calefacción para el invierno fue sumamente satisfactoria! En resumen: fue una estancia sumamente placentera, en un alojamiento inmejorable, que bien hacen valer los tres tramos de escalera que hay que subir!

Un air de vacances

Hébergement de qualité, hôte attentive, vue pittoresque et situation idéale pour découvrir et parcourir Annecy qui se savoure à pieds et à vélo. Il suffit de s’organiser pour les bagages ( 3eme étage) et le stationnement car le centre est piétonnier.

Week end en famille

Très bon séjour dans ce bel appartement super équipé et idéalement situé . Hyper centre mais aucun bruit ,très bonne literie donc repos complet .Parking couvert à 2 mn ,accueil et suggestions utiles de la sympathique propriétaire qui sait être très discrète malgré sa proximité . Buen Lugar y bien obicado

Muy bien ya que esta en el centro y te queda todo cerca. La estación de bus esta a 10 min y un supermcado justo al lado 3 min andando. Lo unico que nos aparecian otras fotos al reservar con dos habitaciones y dos camas y la que nos han dado tiene dos habitaciones y una con sofá cama pero era cómodo. Estaba todo muy limpio y la atencion recibida por la propietaria muy bien .
