House Rules (Summary)

• Reservation is not confirmed until payment and agreement are completed.
• Cancellations: 91+ days prior to arrival are refundable (minus $300). Within 90 days are non-refundable.
• Pets: Allowed with prior approval only. $500 per pet + signed pet waiver. Unauthorized pets incur a 25% surcharge.
• Guest Verification: Photo ID and guest list required for all reservations.

Amenities & Equipment Use
• All guests 18+ must sign an Equipment & Amenity Waiver
• A valid email address is required to complete all documents via electronic signature
• Pool, hot tub, bikes, paddleboards, kayaks, and all on-property equipment require a signed waiver
• Golf cart use is limited to guests age 25+ with a valid driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and signed agreement

FantaSea has it all, the pictures and descriptions do not do it justice. It is much better. The hosts are friendly and very helpful. You literally do not need to bring anything but what you are going to wear and what you are going to eat. The location is quiet, private, and very relaxing. Appliances are new and modern, beds are comfortable with a TV in every room but they got little use as there is so much to do. Golf cart was provided, there are of course some waivers to sign for insurance and also for the property, no biggie. Overall, the amenities are great, the hosts are wonderful, the house and grounds are beautiful and cozy, the beach is steps away. I will definitely be a repeat guest.

Girl trip

1st time to Anna Marie and it was so much fun. We really enjoyed the area and location of the house. The house had an old Florida bungalow feel to it but was very up to date with today’s times. We would 100% stay here again. The property manager was very prompt and friendly which was a plus as well. Loved it!

Fabulous Host and Accomodations

Everything was perfect! The hosts made sure we had everything we needed. The house was super clean, well stocked and close to everything but also private. Heated pool was amazing, the beach path was just a short walk out of the backyard. Family volleyball were events to remember! Highly recommend these hosts and we will definitely be back!

Perfect location

Our family (including 2 teens) loved the location, a very short walk out back to the nearly private white sands! Away from the crowds, but close to Pine Ave. and a quick golf cart ride to restaurants/shopping. We loved the surfer bungalow vibe, private enclosed backyard, access to kayaks/paddleboards, large golf cart, perfect sized pool, and sand volleyball court. Nearly every amenity is thought of- beach chairs, beach towels, fishing poles, beach toys, volleyballs, not to mention surprises to welcome us! Loved both outdoor showers too. Thank you for an easy, relaxing week to reset with our family!

AMAZING!

Property was as described and in an a perfect location. Couldn't have been a better experience. Host was very responsive and home was fully stocked with everything you would need, from laundry detergent to beach gear. The property is amazing, and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Stay!

This property was amazing. It had everything we could want and more. My husband and I stayed with our 17 year old daughter, 14 year old son, and his friend. They all loved it and want to rent the house again. Rick was great. He was very responsive and helped with everything we needed.

A+ for FantaSea

Complete 5 star experience. First off this was our first trip to Anna Maria Island (AMI) and the place was paradise. From beginning to end FantaSea was FABULOUS. We were able to check in early upon arrival to find the home exactly as described. The amenities from the included golf cart, paddle boards, kayaks were an awesome inclusion. The house had everything we needed for dining in and the rooms were more than comfortable. The proximity to the beach was better than we thought as it was just a couple hundred yards down a beautiful path. As a person who owns a vacation rental property, I have high expectations for where I book my vacations and FantaSea lived up to those expectations for sure.

Great open concept main area, fantastic pool, great location to beach and quiet bean point, short distance to pine Ave, bonus golf cart, bikes, beach chairs, & paddleboard. Good response with any needs.

Over priced

Disappointing, We paid a premium to rent this property for 7 days, great location but, way overpriced, dysfunctional layout, we saw several snakes on the property, our girls got bites from the paddle boards that were infested with ants. Not a great experience but we made the best of it.

A wonderful family vacation

Fantasea is a beautiful property in a great location. The pool and volleyball were both nice to use. The back yard is very private. We loved it. High recommendation. Great kitchen. Comfortably sleeps 8.
