Welcome to your home away from home in the heart of Charleston. This beautifully renovated four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom residence is located on the first floor of a charming two-unit duplex on the highly desirable Spring Street just steps from Cannon Green and within easy walking distance of the city's best dining, shopping, and historic sites. As you enter, you're greeted by a spacious and thoughtfully designed interior featuring a fully equipped kitchen that opens into a warm and inviting living and dining area, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. Hardwood floors run throughout the home, adding a touch of timeless character to the modern updates. Each of the four bedrooms is a peaceful retreat, offering plush accommodations with two king beds and two queen beds. All bedrooms include large closets and beautifully renovated en-suite bathrooms, premium towels, and upscale toiletries. An additional half bathroom adds convenience for guests. The home also includes a 60-inch flat-screen TV in the living room, flat-screen TVs in every bedroom, high-speed Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Outside, you'll find a private patio for enjoying morning coffee or an evening cocktail, along with two designated parking spaces. The house was super clean and seemibgky newly renovated. We were a family of 6 and there were five bedrooms, five full baths and a half bath. Had laundry. It was perfect. Great location, can walk or bike to everything. Even had nice outdoor private patio. Can't say enough nice things. Hughly recommend.

wedding weekend was a hit

This place was great... my family was in A and had friends in B.... everything was perfect and close to everything with a quick walk or short Uber ride.. We will tay here again next time we come to town..

Place was fantastic, clean and easy check in process. The bathroom for each bedroom was the absolute best! All the beds were super comfortable as well. Loved the area. The only thing is the kitchen area could use another open cabinet storage on the left side, like there is on the right side and more clothing/towel hooks in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Oh and a broom with a dustpan (we ended up buying one) as a full house of people was tracking stuff in...lol

This was such a cute house! Really comfy beds and plenty of linens! We had everything we need for our stay! We could walk a few blocks to King Street, which was nice. Quite a long walk though if you are going all the way down to the market and the battery. There were people staying above us but it was not noisy at all. I think precious reviewers may have had kids above, which would make it a lot noisier. We loved our little patio and had cocktails and such before our evening out! Bathrooms and kitchen had all the soaps etc that you would need.

Beautiful house, great neighborhood

This is a great property. Nice to have 4 beds and 4 baths for 2 families or groups of friends. Very convenient to restaurants and 1 block from a great coffee shop. Depending on if/who is staying upstairs, you do need to make use of the white noise machines they provide.

Wonderful and close to all

We had a wonderful stay. The communication with the property owners was wonderful. When we had some difficulty with parking our concerns were addressed promptly. Loved the house! Would stay again.

Perfect House for a Girl’s Weekend in Charleston

The house was perfect for our girl’s weekend! Our group had 7 girls (6 adults and 1 8-yr old) and the 4 bedrooms each with an attached bathroom and shower worked out perfectly. No worries about too many people sharing a bathroom when we were getting ready in the morning or for dinner at night. The location of the house was also great! Easy to get places of interest - we could walk or Uber/Lyft too anywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect Location!

We loved our stay here! I would have given the location 10 stars if possible!! Close walking distance to everything!! The property manager was fantastic!! Gave us so much information on activities in and around Charleston!!

Great 1st floor apartment of a well decorated home!

We were on the bottom floor of a home. Whoever decorated it did a wonderful job! The beds were super comfortable. It was well stocked, etc. Unfortunately, there we 2 little ones staying above us so we heard little tiny feet running above us quite often. It didn't bother me but the young adults were a little frustrated. Overall, everyone was very pleased and we would stay here again.

Great value - Great location

It is a beautiful remodel located on the first floor of an historic home located so close to many sites, restaurants, etc. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which is so ideal for all staying. Management was wonderful to work with on our minor mishaps and hopefully have been taken care of and a few touchups needed. It was a wonderful place to share time with my family. I would definitely book there again!!!

Wedding Week

We had such a great experience in Charleston for my son's wedding! The place was a great location to prepare for our rehearsal dinner next door at the Cannon Green and the wedding nearby at Lowndes Grove. I'd highly recommend this place and the Guesthouse people were great to work with!

Wonderful location and lots of space! Good amenities, but house is old with poor water pressure and much noise from above and outside. Bring earplugs!

Excellent vacation accommodations

We were 4 mature HS friends having a girl's weekend. This house was perfect - 4 separate bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. A well equipped kitchen was at our disposal, but we didn't cook except for coffee & tea for breakfast. It is close to King St and all the historic sights. Highly recommend!

Great Location and Excellent Service

The property was beautiful and in a great location just a couple of blocks off King Street. The interior was clean and spacious. Perfect for a family if 6 adults to hand out together and not be too crowded. Kerri was amazing! She provided us with some awesome recommendations for food, drinks and fun. She was also very willing to work with us on a flexible check in and check out process. I highly recommend this property when you visit Charlestown. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect for a wedding next door to Cannon Green!

Our daughter was marrried next door at Cannon Green and this property was perfect for our group of 7. There were a few items missing: cutting board, serving bowl, laundry pods and the property manager responded immediately.Very clean!(Sofa has some kind of hardware sticking out of its top left back corner that is damaging the wall.)The location is great! Not too far off the beaten path, but just far enough!

Ladies get together to celebrate 60th birthdays

The place was beautiful- very clean- nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for walking to the main eating and shopping areas. Great communication in advance about places to go, things to do and see, where to eat and shop etc. Our "Two Sisters" walking tour of the town got our weekend off to a great start. This is an especially great place for anyone who wants privacy- each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. There was also a main powder room. All in all- my friends and I would highly recommend staying here!!!

Perfect girls getaway location

We rented this space for a group of 4 women on a girls vacation. What an exceptional experience. The home was super clean, updated, and in a great location. Walking distance to King St and East Bay. The property owners were able to accommodate our early request check in which was amazing considering we had people flying in at different times. Everyone in Charleston was so nice. You will not disappoint if you book this house! Thank you!!!!

Perfect Get-A-Way

This unit was perfect in every way! It is on one level with 4 bedrooms each with its own bathroom & a half bath. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, etc. Very comfortable, spacious, and within walking distance of King Street. Abby was most helpful and quick to respond to our needs which were few. My friends and I highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Charleston!
