Relaxing stay

Facility was as advertised. Clean and safe. Only complaint was slow elevators, but we were there at busy time of year. Would book again.

Enjoyable and clean

Conveniently located on front beach road. The beach wasn’t crowded even during spring break. The property was very clean and enjoyable.

Sterling Reef

We loved our room and location of condo. Bed was comfortable which is always important! The condo was clean and I would recommend to anyone. We will definitely try to stay here again when we plan our next beach trip!

Great place

We had a good stay here. It was convenient. I had a fast response when i let them know of a small issue. The beds were comfortable, which is important to me. Beautiful view.

Winter warmup

The windy and cool weather were not what we hoped for, but the condo was. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for 4 adults. Replies from the owner were prompt and helpful.

Beautiful view

We loved our stay. Great parking, clean condo. Beautiful beach easy access. Elevator wait time was completely reasonable. Condo was beautiful. Decor was nicely done and it smelled amazing. Comfortable beds. Breathtaking balcony. Highly recommend will book again next year.

The Condo was wonderful. The Pictures were spot on, it was very clean and well kept. The view was perfect! The weather totally cooperated for being the last of Feb/ First part of March. Will for sure plan another trip and hope to book this condo again!!!!!

Room was amazing

The room was very clean and looks just like the pics! The view of the beach from the balcony was perfect. Master bed was comfortable which was surprising since most condo beds are usually hard and old. Condo manager was very quick to respond to messages and was easy to book with. Would definitely book this room again!

Wonderful location and view amazing

Overall property was very nice. The view and location was great. Waking up to the sound of the ocean and enjoying coffee on the balcony was perfect. Clean and felt safe. Covered parking area. Pool and hot tub looked nice but too cold to use. Plenty of restaurants to enjoy, Pier Park Area has a bit of everything, and driving down the 30A is a must.

Perfect place for my family

We absolutely loved this condo and hoping to get this same one again in the future. It had everything we needed. The height of the balcony was perfect, the parking was easy with a short walk to the elevator, pool and beach right around the building and most importantly, we felt very safe on the property and all of the other guests were respectful. We will definitely go during the summer next time so we know it’ll be warmer outside.

Wonderful Stay!

It's Winter, but I desperately needed a change of scenery, so we packed up and rented this beautiful property. We spent 11 days here, including Christmas and New Year's Eve. Due to trying to avoid Covid, we couldn't really go anywhere else, so we utilized the grills and prepared most of our meals we had during the stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The owner is very accommodating, helpful, and easy to work with. The location is first class and looks exactly like the pictures. I highly recommend this condo!

Nice getaway

Myself and my 3 sisters just needed a getaway for my birthday. It was just as described. Just a few very minor details but I wasnt looking for the Ritz. Lol. Cozy clean bright and quick access to the beach and shopping strip. Definitely contactless and when I had a question they were very responsive. . I will definitely return.

Quick Weekend Getaway

The condo was beautiful and clean. The condo pictures were accurate. There were no pictures of the master bathroom. The Master bathroom could use some sprucing up. It also would have been nice to have access to more than one towel and washcloth. None of these are deal-breakers. I would definitely rent the condo again. The beach is fantastic! Being able to go to the ground floor and walk out to the beach was wonderful! We had a great time.

February Stay

The condo is very comfortable. The pictures are not accurate as there are new stainless steal appliances, carpeting in the living room is different and so is some of the furniture. There is also a chaise on the balcony along with a high top table seating 4. We stayed in the condo for a month so we did quite a bit of cooking. The Teflon pans do not sit flat on the cooktop and are all very large, no cookie sheet, and a very small slice toaster. The management company is very responsive and easy to work with. They addressed any concern we had. It was clean and I like that they replace the bedding after each stay.

Blessed

It was exactly as proclaimed. Very clean and comfortable. And smelt good. I enjoyed the cute decor. On a side note: Unfortunately I want be back, due to strict smoking prohibition. Fine $100 on the balcony for each occurrence is crazy. I understand it's a HOA regulation, which we did respect. However, I have as much right to luxury as a non smoker. Smoking is still legal. I do appreciate the care the owner takes on keeping the condo perfect.

We enjoyed our stay for the most part. The condo was beautiful but the kids wouldnt sleep in the front bedroom because they could feel the springs in the bed. The bracelets wouldve been better if they were rubber. We had to cut the bracelets off our kids because due to their playing they tightened and left marks. The elevator oh the elevator is soooooo sllooooowwww! We parked on L3 and walked 2 floors up instead of waiting for that horribly slow elevator.

Clean comfy rooms but super slow elevators

This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Sterling Reef-2 different host. Both times are condo was super clean stocked with everything you might need for your stay. The only downfall is the super slow elevators. Last year we stayed on floor 7 & found out about the slow elevators. This year (knowing the elevators were slow) we booked on the 2nd floor so we could take the stairs if the wait time was long. I know other guest were complaining about the elevators too. We felt super safe with the security for the parking garage/pool/beach access. Having more than 2 elevators would definitely help speed up the wait time considering there are 22 floors at this resort. We definitely plan to book again but sure hope the elevator issue will be resolved very soon!
