Nos complace saber que el departamento le resultó una buena opción de hospedaje y que encontró su amplitud y ubicación convenientes, a solo dos cuadras del centro de Sevilla. Sin embargo, lamentamos el inconveniente que tuvo con el conducto del aire acondicionado y la presencia de pájaros. Apreciamos su paciencia y comprensión mientras resolvimos el problema. Nos alegra saber que el problema fue solucionado por completo durante su estancia. Y le aseguramos que se realizarán los mantenimientos necesarios para evitar situaciones similares en el futuro. Por otro lado, tomamos nota de su comentario sobre el ruido en una de las habitaciones. Aunque las ventanas son de buena calidad y su función es aislar cualquier ruido exterior, debemos destacar que, según la época del año o las festividades que se celebren en la zona, la presencia de algún ruido exterior puede ser más notoria. Le pedimos disculpas al respecto y trabajaremos para realizar mejoras en el sistema de insonorización en caso de ser necesarias.
