Loved it. The location, cleanliness, settings, everything about this place was good for me and my friend as we were celebrating our Sept birthdays (7 & 26). Nice, quiet and peaceful. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

Great place for a week to relax

The property was as advertised and came with everything that you could need. Whether taking a trip to the beach or a night out on the pier this place is great for a much needed vacation and close to everything that St Simons has to offer.

Quick trip, great stay.

Had a quick business trip to St Simons Island and this condo was a refreshing change from a hotel stay. Clean, comfortable, and well equipped.

Nice weekend stay

The location is ideal, within a few minute drive of all SSI has to offer. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a vacation rental. I don’t know if I missed it listed but there was a keurig, so I wish I brought kcups. The only negatives, which aren’t dealbreakers were, having to go to the rental office to pick up keys instead of there being a code on the door. We were in traffic going from the rental company to the condo that took 20 mins - to go 1.5 miles. The second thing is when pulling into Gascoigne Complex, it was a bit underwhelming. The exterior is worn and dated and it seemed to be filled with renters who had bikes all over the place. Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, cute, clean condo, in a good location - this is a great option. I just wouldn’t plan on being wow’ed when you pull in but the unit itself is cute and cozy.

The interior was very clean and neat. We loved the decor, the convenience to everything on the island and how fast we could get to the mainland. Although we did not use them, it was nice to have bicycles in the storage shed out front. One thing the note is the back bedroom has a skylight so those sensitive to light in the morning should choose the front room. I had no problems with it and it lets nice light into the room during the day. It’s also nice to have a full bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs so two people can get ready at the same time. The TV downstairs is very big and easy to use. It has a good soundbar and subwoofer. We enjoyed it. It comes with a Roku stick, but we were able to use our own fire stick. Each bedroom upstairs also had a TV and a Roku. We will definitely request to stay at this location. The next time we go to the Georgia Coast.

First Time at St Simons Island

The condo is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Our favorite thing was the bikes that were provided. It was a nice bike ride to the pier. Will stay again.

Wonderful find in St Simons.

The property was pretty much as advertised. Management group were very helpful with tips on what to do on the island. Great place to get around and bike, golf and beach!

Peaceful place

The place was amazing & peaceful. Kitchen was set up to cook, bathrooms were clean, living room was spacious for us to relax in, the bedroom was inviting. The condo was exceptional minus a few things...These were minor issues, that I'm confident will be fixed by the next stay. Enjoy we did 😊

Spring Break Trip

This property worked fairly well for our family. Check in and check out were well organized and the property was clean and comfortable. I was hoping to be a little closer to the downtown/ beach areas. It never took long, but we did have to get in the car whenever we wanted to go anywhere.

I believe someone was going to get back to me with a refund amount but I haven’t heard back.. issue with fire alarm totally not connected in unit. Issue with coffee pot - moldy filter.. top of fridge was dirty. Rug turned up on corner tripping hazard in dining area! Toilet upstairs not flushing.
