Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you found the condo clean and appreciate you choosing to stay with us! I’m also glad that we could accommodate your one night stay, as we typically require a two night minimum. We understand the weather during your visit created challenges, and while our standard check-in and check-out times are in place to allow proper cleaning and preparation for incoming guests, we were happy to accommodate a (very last minute) later check-out for you as best we could given our schedule. Had you reached out about arriving earlier, we definitely could’ve worked that out. We apologize for the slow-draining sink and tub, and as promised via our text conversation, we will make sure those are addressed promptly. Regarding the cookware and utensils, we appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We do keep additional new kitchen items available and would have gladly provided them had we known during your stay. As outlined in our checkout instructions (that you are sent prior to your stay), we simply ask guests to start the dishwasher, place towels together, and strip used beds to help our cleaning team prepare efficiently between guests. We aim to keep the process straightforward while maintaining a clean and comfortable experience for all visitors. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.
