We thoroughly enjoyed this amazing property! Stunning views, great accommodations, very clean, and clear and easy to follow instructions for checking in and checking out! The area speaks for itself, but honestly, this was a wonderful part of our trip to Switzerland! We kept thinking of all the places we walked by, hiked by, and the different villages we visited, we were so glad that we were in Wengen and so glad that we had the place we did! Roomy and quiet- it was so nice to sleep with the doors and windows open and to feel safe! Spacious living room, where we could all unwind after a full day of hiking and swimming as well.

Lovely place

We enjoyed our time in Chalet Brunner 4. The views are stunning and it had all we needed. It’s a very light and airy apartment. The walk up to the chalet from town was a workout but it’s such a hilly place that almost every home appears to have similar hike! It was no problem to find an electric taxi to take our luggage up the hill when we arrived.

Wow Could Not Be Better Place!

The Rental Office was SO great at helping me navigate how to get there, where to go etc. Superior communication. The views from this spacious beautiful condo are absolutely amazing with a wrap around balcony —you could stay there for hours just watching the ever changing mountain and village scenery, fog, listening to the mountain birds and pretty cow bells from distant sheep and cows! The apt. Is very comfortable-great furniture in the living and dining areas. I would only ask more about the stove vent switches (took us forever to figure out), possibly hang dry laundry instead of using dryer for laundry (they said it takes 3 hrs?!). I would share our beautiful videos from condo but too long on here.

Stunning

This flat was perfect for our family of 4. A bedroom for each of us, a bathroom for the kids to share and one of our own. The wrap around balcony had the most incredible views, it was like we were in a beautiful painting. The flat is on the top of the hill so make sure to grab a taxi to bring up your luggage and grab the basics in groceries before you head up. Everything was clean and very comfortable! Thanks for a great stay.

Wengen must be heaven

First Wengen and the Junfgfrau area are amazing. Most impressive landscape I’ve ever seen. And the Chalet Brunner is a perfect location for which to enjoy Wengen. Fabulous views right from three balconies. Plenty of room for our group of 6. Very clean. Kitchen was well stocked and we cooked in 3 of 4 nights to save a few CHF. Comfortable linens and towels provided. Only negative - actually having to pack up and leave! Thanks you Julie and team for our amazing stay.

Amazing Chalet and Superb Service!

The chalet is super nice, with amazing views and big balcony all around. It is new, modern, with well-stocked kitchen, nice fireplace and large rooms. We spend amazing Christmas holidays there. You can ski down to the ski station in 5min and also get back from the mountains with skiing. The hostess, Julie, is super nice and very supportive, she provides high quality service, she is very responsive and she cares to make your stay memorable. This was second time that I had contact with her and I can say that she provides high quality service consistently.

A really lovely property

In short, this is a wonderful property, the chalet is 100% true to the pictures and frankly even better and Julie was as good as it gets in terms of making the process go smoothly, answering all questions exceedingly quickly and her flexibility and willingness to help can't be ranked highly enough. A very personal experience that transpired during our stay does make me feel the need to just point out to future renters that Wengen is a car free village, thus your are completely dependent on the public transport hours and there will be times (very off-peak hours such as late at night) that you are literally unable to get down to your car if parked below in Lauterbrunnen, or just out of the village at all. This will not be a problem for 99% of visitors, and the car free element certainly adds to Wengen's charm. However, in our case we did just find ourselves in a very unfortunate situation where we were a bit desperate to get down to Interlaken below and were unable to do so. It is just something to consider in regard to traveling with either people or pets with any potentially serious health issues. There is a GP in the village that operates pretty standard hours, but no advanced medical care and there are no veterinarian facilities in Wengen. Even with our experience, I think the pros of Wengen still outweigh these cons, but it is something that certain people will want to really consider. Otherwise, the chalet is extremely well placed, a local taxi will easily get your luggage up and down the hill for you and it's hard to imagine a nicer village atmosphere.

Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, hat ein wunderschönes Cheminee. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Frau Doyle ist sehr gastfreundlich und hat alles sehr gut organisiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder Mir kommt nichs in den Sinn
