Beachfront Duplex in Narbonne-Plage - Terrace, Stunning Sea Views, AC

Welcome to our holiday home, the sea view is stunning.

It is a 90m2 duplex in a very cosy villa with two bedrooms, which can accommodate up to 4 people in great comfort.

All-inclusive: cleaning, bed linen, towels and a wonderful welcome by Mélanie!

On the ground floor, a beautiful kitchen opens onto the terrace (you are both indoors and outdoors). Its generously sized central table, with a porcelain stoneware top, serves two functions: a worktop and a convivial meeting point. Perched on a bar stool, you can keep in touch with the blue of the sea while sipping a chilled fruit juice.

In summer mode, this space is designed to take full advantage of the mild Mediterranean climate. A large pocket sliding door connects the room to a large 50m2 wooden terrace. There you will find a barbecue, garden furniture... By the sea, the indoor-outdoor relationship is essential.

On the sleeping side, still on this level, an air-conditioned bedroom and its en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower occupy an additional 20 m2. There is a 160cm (king-size) bed. A small sliding glass door gives direct access to another wooden terrace.

The first floor is a 45m2 luxury hotel-style suite, which is also air-conditioned. As in a suite, you can open up the whole space or separate it with a large 3.60m sliding door.

A balcony overlooking the sea extends the space, and the view widens. On one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage, on the other, the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the immense sandy beach.

Mineral tones dominate the large shower room; 2 washbasins and a walk-in shower complete the comfort space of the house. There is a 160cm (king-size) bed.

Separate toilets, one on each level.

Free parking in front of the house.

Narbonne Plage is a small family resort; on one side, the small port of Narbonne Plage, on the other, the rocks of the Spanish coast. Between the two, the immense sandy beach, the sea, and our flat.

Here, you don't need to take the car. Everything you need is nearby: the bakery, the butcher, the grocer, the pharmacy, the doctor's surgery, the cinema, restaurants, etc...

In summer, there are many festivities in the centre of Narbonne Plage. Thanks to the flat's location, you are not bothered by these events at all, while being close enough to walk there (600 metres away) and take part.

We thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay; the property was perfect, it was exactly as described and even better! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything you needed including essentials. Communication was exceptional; the lovely Mélanie met us on our arrival and gave some excellent advice, as well as being on hand if we needed her during our stay.We just wished we had more time to explore the area further and stay there longer!! I will miss the beautiful sea view and amazing sunrises.

Stylish Apartment On The Seafront

The apartment was easy to find with on street car parking right outside, and is perfectly located right on the seafront with amazing views from the 1st floor balcony. It is decorated very modern and stylish with 2 bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms, the kitchen was very well equipped with just about any utensil you could need and plenty of seating around the island with a table and chairs to eat at outside on the patio area, which also had a barbecue and sun loungers. The property was clean and tidy and well looked after. The Hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful and we are already talking of visiting again. Thoroughly Recommended

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit unschlagbarer Aussicht

Wir waren für eine Woche in Narbonne Plage. Perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf Strand und Mittelmeer, Umgebung einfach nur toll zum Mountainbiken - und im September wunderbar ruhig. :-) Wir kommen gern wieder!

Schönes Haus mit guter Lage

Das Haus ist sehr gut und schön ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Küche ist sehr schön und lädt zum gemeinsamen Verweilen mit Blick aufs Meer beim Essen ein. Einzig und allein könnte der ein oder andere Rollladen repariert werden. Hier funktionierten nicht alle oder sollten nicht genutzt werden. Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist ebenfalls sehr schön, konnte allerdings auf Grund der Mücken im Sommer nicht so häufig genutzt werden. Der Strand ist sehr schön und nur durch eine überschaubare und wenig befahrene Straße vom Haus getrennt. Allerdings war es während unseres Aufenthalts sehr windig. Hier bläst der Mistral einem an manchen Tagen den Sand heftig um die Ohren. Ein Sonnenschirm kann an diesen Tagen ebenfalls nicht aufgestellt werden. An den teils heftigen Wind muss man sich nachts gewöhnen, da dann gerne die Rollläden und Türen im Haus beim Lüften klappern und der Wind ordentlich pfeift. Wir haben insgesamt eine schöne Zeit in Narbonne Plage verbracht. Alles was man benötigt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Spar für kleine Einkäufe ist in drei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. So wie diverse Restaurants.

chillen unterm Olivenbaum

Die Doppelhaushälfte ist modern, gemütlich und total funktional. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung hat 2 Etagen mit jeweils einem Bad und Schlafzimmer, unten die große Küche mit Abstellraum und oben das Wohnzimmer mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Die Terrasse lädt zum relaxen ein (Loungebereich). Total ruhig (eine Woche vor frz. Ferienbeginn). Bummeln auf der Promenade nach links und nach rechts sind perfekt. Täglicher Markt in St. Pierre lohnenswert. Es ist alles zu Fuss, mit Inliner oder mit Fahrrad zu erreichen. Mückenkerze zum Abend immermal notwendig, nachts waren keine Mücken da.

Très beau duplex en face de la mer

Très bon séjour à Narbonne Plage dans un appartement très agréable, ouvert sur l'extérieur. Le logement est très bien équipé et avec tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner. Il est bien situé : près de la plage et pas loin du centre de Narbonne Plage. Tout peut se faire à pied. La vue sur la plage et la mer est très agréable. Merci à Mélanie pour l'accueil.

Magnifique vue sur la plage et la mer

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Narbonne-Plage. Logement au top, très bien équipé (tout est prévu pour passer un bon séjour) et très bien situé. Magnifique vue sur la plage et la mer (quel plaisir de se réveiller le matin avec cette vue…). La plage n’est pas trop surchargée (même pour un mois de juillet). Tout peut se faire à pied, les commerces (boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie…), marchés et restaurants étant très proches. Mélanie qui gère l’accueil des locataires est vraiment top !!! Un grand merci à Philippe le propriétaire. Bref un lieu idéal pour passer de bonnes vacances en famille. Nous reviendrons sans doute passer nos prochaines vacances d’été. Sandrine et Ludovic

Das Meer immer im Blick

Sehr schöne und geschmackvolle Wohnung direkt am langen Strand von Narbonne Plage. Wir waren schon dreimal da und haben besonders den Blick vom Balkon genossen. Im kleinen Garten lässt es sich gut aushalten, auch wenn die Gartenmöbel etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Freundliche Begrüßung durch Melanie. Zwei schöne Urlaubswochen im Mai.

Ein sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Haus direkt am Strand. Am besten hat uns neben der sehr schönen Einrichtung die Lage des Hauses gefallen. Genau in der Mitte zwischen den belebteren Gebieten, war absolute Ruhe und Entspannung angesagt. Aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Empfehlung.

SUPERBE!

Nous avons réservé 1 semaine en août et avons été ADORE ce bien. - Notre contact Mélanie nous a bien accueillie et était disponible le long du séjour. - L’emplacement est idéal, avec une très belle vue en face de la plage. - La location est récente et bénéficie de très belles prestations et est conforme à l’annonce : chaîne audio multiroom, vidéoprojecteur, cuisine avec ilot central, douche extérieure, etc... La cuisine est bien fournie et ne manque de rien. On se sent vraiment à l’aise, un grand BRAVO aux propriétaires ! Malgré la proximité directe avec la plage nous n’étions pas dérangés lorsque nous étions sur la terrasse : il y avait peu de passage les touristes restant sur la promenade en face.
