「ソルセラピー」へようこそ。 新しく改装されたこの家には、トイレットペーパー、コーヒー、ペーパータオルなど、必要なものがすべて揃っています。 さわやかな装飾は、あなたの興奮を完了するために必要なものになります。 この4ベッドルーム3バスの家は、まるで家から離れているような気分になります。

この家は、スニードフェリーのすべてからわずか数分、サーフシティのすべてから10分です。 そして何よりも、プライベートビーチへのアクセスのすぐそばにあります。 すべてのポーチは、特定のエリアを閉鎖するゲートを備えた犬と子供に優しいです。

Amazing location!

We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! The location was amazing with the house being right on the beach. I admit that I had a couple of concerns that I'm bringing up in case anyone else has the same hesitations. I was concerned that with the house being a duplex that we would feel too close to the people staying next door and we would have noise issues. This was not a problem at all. I also was concerned about the public access point being nearby causing congestion on the beach and this was also never a problem. We always had plenty of space on the beach which is one thing that I love about this area of NC beaches. I would absolutely stay here again for future trips!!

Cherished memories

My family ranging in age from 24-94 had a wonderful week in North Topsail Beach! The one thing that stood out was the exceptional host. Of course the beach and house were beautiful but the time together was the most special. If you have elderly traveling, I suggest they use the upstairs master to keep the stair climbing to a minimum. Oh, the golf course a few miles away was a huge hit as well. Can’t say enough…

perfect 'not the same old' beach spot

Perfect getaway, amazing beach access, away from the usual crowds of more populated beach towns. Not a ton of 'attractions' but there is all the usual stuff, (min golf, pizza, jet ski, paddle board, surfing, cheap beach shops) but there was a few 'real' sport shops with proper fishing and outdoors gear that I spent way too much money at as well. house was clean, well-designed, basic appointments. nice coffee machine, basic stove. there was some leftover beach gear 9bnoogie boards, chairs) bu you should plan to bring your own. we also had dolphins join us all day - about 30 ft off shore. added bonus.

Sol Therapy is just that!

We loved our experience and stay with Sol Therapy so much and definitely will be back! What a beautiful house and excellent location right on the beach. The house is very spacious and allowed the four of us and our dogs to have plenty of room. Becky, the host, is an excellent communicator and was very prompt to respond to our questions before we booked. And the information about the house was sent promptly. We especially appreciated the starter supplies as we didn’t have to arrive and run directly to the store. The kitchen has absolutely everything you need to cook. Definitely an excellent spot to rest and relax!

Great family spot!

This location was awesome! An amazing family friendly beach with little to no public traffic. The home had everything needed to make basic meals and perfect space for up to 10 people (2 kids on the bunk bed). Great communication from the host. Would definitely come here again.

Nice facility. Great beach location. The property, however, was totally void of information … No local map(s); no list or phone numbers of nearby restaurants, nor distance to them; area magazine with some such info was 2022; finally tried, but reluctantly so, a red switch outside for garage light; with cost of unit, one roll of paper towels and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was unbearable. Disappointing that seemingly simple things are not included. Could easily been a 5-star place.

The perfect Therapy for your Sol!

Wow pretty much sums up our stay at Sol Therapy! It was a last minute trip that we are ever so glad we booked! From opening the front door to closing it when we left(hated to do that lol) everything was fantastic!! Each room of the house was immaculate! The kitchen was definitely well stocked~although we did take advantage of the great location and ate at several favorite local restaurants. The king bed in the upstairs bedroom was so comfortable~going to need that mattress at home! Now let's talk about the view as it's beyond breathtaking and only steps away from the ocean! Yes this is a duplex, which we had never rented before, however you would've thought it was a private house as we never heard any noise from next door! Loved the fact that all linens were provided~made taking the last minute trip even easier! Betsy was super responsive to any questions we had. We cannot wait for our next stay at Sol therapy!!

Nice, comfortable house

This is a nice house with a wonderful view of the beach. My favorite thing to do is to sit on the deck and stare at the ocean. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of room. My small dogs also loved lying on the deck. Great communication with host. Keypad lock makes it easy to check in. Super easy access to beach. Great property.

Relaxing Weekend

Great views. Awesome beach. House was very clean, but a little tired. Did not cook, but kitchen had everything necessary to do so. Linens were nice. Only significant disappointment was no cable TV, but not sure if it is even available on Topsail. The king bed on the first floor could use a new mattress and the couch needed to be replaced as there is no firmness left in it. Would probably recommend to others.

Amazing stay

Betsy is an amazing host. We enjoyed our stay and we loved the fact that she provided everything we needed for our stay. The baby gate and high chair was a huge plus for me.

Beautiful home and great kitchen tools

Check in process was very bumpy. Make sure to get in touch with host prior to the date of check in to ensure proper communication. Once we were inside it was great! Very happy with the kitchen and amenities. View is gorgeous. Such an easy checkout process compared to previous rentals. Definitely recommend.

Beautiful location on the water. The house did not come with much for the beach itself- one chair, no sand toys, so be prepared to purchase or bring your own. The views were unbelievable from the deck. Great spot to sit and watch the water. I would recommend this house and hope to stay again

Even better the second time!

This was our second time staying at Sol Therapy, and we loved it even more this time around. The property is extremely comfortable for our large family, everything was spotless, and it was great that we could bring our dog with us. It was easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops and the grocery store, and we left feeling totally rejuvenated. Will definitely try to stay again!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place!

Our family had a wonderful week here and will definitely be back! Pros: The place was very clean with comfortable seating and beds. Nice bathrooms with good shower pressure. Very well equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. (AND it’s all in good shape) Beach towels to use. Perfect location right on the beach where we enjoyed many, many hours. REALLY appreciated the gates on the deck areas. Our two dogs could go in and out as they pleased and we didn’t need to worry about their safety. Nature was magnificent! Sunrises, dolphins, starry nights, all kinds of birds, etc. (bring your binoculars!) Cons: Wished they had the table out on the deck but I believe that was getting fixed. The dryer didn’t dry well but Betsy is taking care of that too. Couple things just to be aware of: There’s a LOT of stairs!!! If you have bad knees then a beach house is not for you. Obviously every place here has to have them but it took its toll. Also, the upstairs bedroom is right next to the kitchen so that may not be the best for light sleepers or babies. Kinda hard to use the ice maker quietly. ;-) All in all we thought it was a terrific place to relax, unwind, and enjoy spending time with each other. Host was very responsive but we didn’t hardly need a thing! Thank you Betsy!
