This gorgeous beach apartment was inspired by the flats of Barcelona and New Orleans, embracing the liveliness of waterside towns while also creating a space that is peaceful and connected to nature. Located on the second floor of the Camino Flats building in Las Catalinas, it features a cozy minimalist social area, a juliette balcony, and an internal entryway, creating a space that feels intimate and personal.
A cozy minimalist lounge area and dining table is an intimate place to connect with one another after active days outdoors. Iconic Camino Flats windows and an attached Juliette balcony bring life, color, and fresh air into the apartment.
When is time to retreat for the night, the bedrooms are slightly separated to give you even more privacy, with large windows bringing in natural light and the opportunity to stay connected to the outdoors. A full tub in the master bathroom offers yet another place to sink into relaxation.

Las Catalinas is steadily progressing towards becoming one of Costa Rica's most delightful beach towns. As the community continues to expand, various construction projects are underway across town to introduce new amenities and services, enhancing the experience for all visitors.
