Affordable and clean

The house was clean and just what we needed. It’s a little dated, but clean and safe at a good price. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay

A great stay. Quiet neighborhood, large inside spaces, great well equipped kitchen, nice screened back patio. Friendly neighborhood to walk in or ride bikes. It is close to the Red Bug Slough for a nature walk. And not too far to beaches!

Spacious and Comfortable Home

We were 4 adults in town for a family gathering. The house was great for our group with comfy beds, roomy surroundings and a very well appointed kitchen. Getting to the essentials (gas and groceries) was easy and the location was convenient to visiting all of Sarasota.Thank you for accomodating our early check- in.

Great experience

House is really nice and big, much better than on pictures. Everything that’s needed is in the house. In the garage there were towels and other beach things you can use. We had an incident where one of the doors got locked and they responded immediately and fixed it while we were on the beach .Would definitely come again. ☺️

Green Gate Stay

Our stay at the Williamsburg house was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to everything we wanted. Siesta Key was a 15 minute drive from the house. The house had everything you could want or need for a nice stay. I'd like to see the washer door open to eliminate the odor from the door being closed. This is my opinion and mine alone, the couch could use an update not that it wasn't comfortable, it was but, if I was any older I may not have been able to get up from it. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Perfect Spot

I cannot say enough. This is a beautiful 3 large bedroom home with a pull out love seat…more that enough to accommodate a family of 7-8 or a group of golfing buddies. The property was easy to access, came with a two car garage, a full washer and dryer, a great kitchen to prepare meals which was fully stocked With anything you might need. To cook with. In addition the kitchen cupboards has plenty of dishes, cups and glasses. The spacious living room is accented by a counter top bar and chairs, a comfortable screened in patio complete with a grill, a fire pit and jungles gyms for the kids. If you are headed to the beach the host provides beach chairs and umbrellas and plenty of toys to dig in the sand or collect shells to your hearts content. There are also plenty of coolers. A big plus is access to the beach areas, restaurants and shopping which includes my personal new favorite Detwilder’s Farm Market. The bedrooms were as equally spacious with well lit bathrooms and a double sink in the master bedroom Perhaps the most impressive feature is the well designed closets in the master bedroom to help keep things organized during a stay. My hat goes off to our host who was charming, wonderful, understanding and simply a joy to communicate with. My hope is to return to this property in the future. My message to future guest is to don’t let this gem slip away if you have an opportunity book.

Wonderful!

This is our families second year at this property and it definitely didn’t disappoint! We love the neighborhood and how close everything is. We ended up having trouble with our car this time around. The owner was kind and worked with us during the whole situation which made things less stressful. We are looking forward to our stay again next year! 😃

Open concept house

The house was great. Open floor plan where living room, dining room and kitchen with a large island are all open. Made it great for a family. The house was well supplied with all the things you need. The kitchen sink faucet wasn't working so I contacted the owner who is great and a plumber came over and fixed it. Beds were comfortable in the two main bedrooms and the center bedroom has twin beds that are firm kid beds.

Perfect little, not so little, home for a family. Spacious enough to feel there’s plenty of room for all to be very comfortable. Great area. Everything is just a short drive away. When you get back you’re out of the hustle bustle. So relaxing! Thanks for a great place to stay!

Great time

Nice spot for a family get-a-way. Short drive to the beach and a couple cool fishing spots. Our small kids rode their bikes and scooters on the street near the house. We all enjoyed the stay.

Florida Stay

The house met our needs perfectly. We loved that it had a garage and was on one level. It was just 2 miles from Siesta Key beach. The house was clean and spacious. Property manager was always prompt in answering our questions.

Very comfortable

Very comfortable A nice place to stay with a family, with three bedrooms, two bathrooms a good size kitchen with all the utensils you need to make nice meals. Highly recommend for future visitors
