Had a great stay in this comfortable and spacious house. It was very clean and well set up. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. Would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity

Great!

we really enjoyed our stay it was close to a lot of local stores, the neighborhood was quiet. house was very spacious and comfortable We would stay again oh and Sebastian was available upon request when needed

Great location

The location was perfect. We went for Orioles spring training games. Minutes away from Ed Smith stadium. Close to shopping, beach and entertainment. No property is perfect but owner responded quickly.

Sarasota Spring Training

Property was very convenient to Ed Smith stadium and numerous points of interest. The host was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great time.

Great home

House was very large and quite spacious, three bedrooms two bathrooms a very large master bedroom, walk in closet with tons of space to hang all your clothes.Large screen enclosed lanai perfect for late afternoon or evening coffee or drinks.Very quiet neighborhood.Host very friendly and quick to respond to any questions.I would certainly recommend this house for a family.

Hot water was warm- not hot. The back sliding door latch was broken and would lock but could very easily have been pryed open (see photos). It didn’t matter to us as we only had one car, but the home’s literature states that there are 4 parking spaces, 2 of which should be inside the garage, but there is only one garage space for a total of 3. I’ve never stayed in a home that didn’t provide at least hotel-sized shampoos- a nicety that would be appreciated. We were somewhat afraid to sit at the table as the chandelier over the table was unsecured on one side (see photos) Definitely a bare-bones accommodation. The place has spacious rooms and so much could be done to make it a quality home away from home.

The kitchen barely had the basics. The dryer didn’t work. He had another dryer brought to replace it, that one didn’t work either. It semed like a vent problem. There were only 4 wascloths in the house for 4 people for a 10 day stay. When we contacted the host, he made sure more were brought the same day.
