I appreciated the size of this house. We had a large group of people come into town for a funeral and needed a place big enough to accommodate our group comfortably. The house appeared to be clean. I had no problem with the cleanliness.

Large rooms throughout, plenty of space for bigger groups. Very clean. The description is a little misleading when it says “It has been completely updated throughout”. There are many updates, no doubt, but some still appear to be in process (master bath shower, water damage to kitchen ceiling) and others yet to be started (deck, deck furniture). Overall a good stay.

House was not clean and needs to be professionally sprayed by a pest control company. Walked into to house only to find multiple bugs on the walls , floors , windows, you name it. Pictures on the website are not updated to how the house really is. Big crack in the wall in one of the bedrooms, multiple bedroom doors are chipped and falling apart, just very dated and unkept. We were booked for 3 nights, but left after one night. Had to move to a hotel for the remainder of our stay. It's unfortunate that this happened, but think twice about renting this property. I am currenly taking this up with VRBO .

Everything was neat and clean. The only reason why i rated it a 4 star is for the fact that inside the home it smelled old almost a wet dog scent. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had. I rented this property for a special family weekend, and it was a disaster. When we arrived, the outdoor garbage cans were overflowing. The listing calls it a “Huge New 4BR/2.5 BA home,” but it’s far from new. The house smelled musty, likely from the outdated shag carpeting, making it feel dirty and uninviting. The worst issue was there was no hot water. On Saturday morning, we discovered this and contacted the host right away, but he said he’d come “in the afternoon.” Since we had to leave by noon, we explained this wasn’t acceptable. His dismissive response: “I don’t know what to tell you, I can’t teleport there.” We were forced to attend an important family event without showers, feeling unwashed and embarrassed. Later, he texted claiming the water was fine, which was untrue. It also didn't matter because we already left and the damage was done. We arrived back at the house around 1 am to find there was still no hot water. My son-in-law was ill and really needed a shower, which wasn't possible. We didn't bother reaching out to the host again because we were leaving in the morning. This rental was completely unacceptable! VRBO offered no support and even asked me to provide “proof” there was no hot water. I’ve rented numerous places over the years, and this was by far the worst. I will be avoiding rentals going forward because I value my time, money, and sanity.

Stayed here for my bachelorette party! Location was perfect - close to everything but far enough away from the noise. Neighborhood was quiet and nice. Beds were comfy - I’d recommend getting new pillows or bringing your own. I would upgrade some items - back sliding door and the lock to the front door. But overall, the house was just what we needed! Definitely spacious.

Super easy to find the home and they made checking in to the home a piece of cake. I loved that they had towels set out on each bed as a personalized touch which was really cute. It was a nice little get away for our family and our kiddos for sure had a great time. Thank you for opening your home.

Weekend Stay

Good size house. Lots of rooms. Family room was good size with large TV. Kitchen was well stocked. It rained so we couldn't enjoy the back yard but looked nice. Enjoyed our stay

Clean and Convenient

The house was just what we needed for our weekend stay in Columbus. It was very clean and had nice big bedrooms to sleep our large group including little ones with pack-in-plays. We enjoyed the deck outside. The location was very close to the highway, so it made travel to our destinations easy.The house was uncomfortably warm when we arrived, but the owner had left fans running upstairs, which we appreciated. Jordan was very responsive to my messages. My only suggestion to others guests is to bring your own pillows if you can.

Wonderful Home away from home

great beds and many smaller spaces for conversations. Well equipped kitchen. Full four bedrooms upstairs. Another upstairs bathroom would make getting ready easier, but we made it work.

Exactly was promised!

It was the perfect place to celebrate a birthday with friends in Columbus! The house had enough space to entertain everyone (12 people) at the same time, there were enough cooking utensils to make breakfast and dinner, the backyard was spacious enough for games. The house was also nice and clean! Everyone had a bed, however I will say everyone that slept in a bed claimed that the beds were very firm. If you are used to sleeping on a bed with a hint of softness you may want to bring along a blanket or your own pillow to get a better nights sleep. That said, for the price we would rebook if we had to, it’s a nice distance from the bars and all the fun!

Excellent experience in the heart of C-Bus!

This is the second time we have stayed in Jordan's property. The location is excellent, the home is large and arranged properly for a larger group. Convenient, Affordable and Clean

Our family stayed here for 2 nights to break up a long road trip from New York to Tennessee. The property was clean and well maintained. It was located close to the highway and was very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the private backyard space was an added bonus. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. Some additional indoor chairs would be helpful.
