Quiet residential neighborhood, only 4 blocks to the centric Biscayne Blvd. Close to one of the causeway that crosses the bay, less than 15 minutes to beach! Sleeps total of 4 guests in 2 sleeping areas. First bedroom: sleeps 2 in a KING bed with a pillow top mattress. 2nd bedroom sleeps 2 on a bunkbed with a full bed bottom and a twin on top. There is also a Graco napper playpen for a baby to sleep (upon request). A total of 3 smart TV, on both rooms and the living room. Easy checkin with electronic keypad. Free parking on site & free wifi. Full kitchen with oven, pots and pans, utensils and fridge. We provide toaster, microwave, coffee maker, free coffee, cups, glasses and plates. Hair dryer, Iron and iron board. Bathroom with warm water. Central AC with heater. Backyard seating. No pets allowed, no smoking allowed.
