The condo was clean and tidy. The pool was lovely (heated and large!) and lead directly out to the beach. And of course, the beach- beautiful!

Pretty dirty apartment. Like, actual dirt everywhere, including the bathroom. Found 2 roaches while i was there. No cleaning supplies to clean after killing them. Overall, the unit is a total dump. Bedrooms have a conjoined door and one room has no ceiling. Just weird things that i wish were disclosed. The staff was nice and the valet guys work their tails off. Location is solid, right on collins with parking included. The lack of cleanliness is disgusting.

Great location, great accommodations, great time! The location was perfect with public transportation a block and a half away to get to downtown Miami Beach and Art Basel.

It was all ok but there was so much noise at night and during the day with the trash chute system next to the department. One night there was a very loud party late at night in the building too.

Nice place for family vacation

The condo is located very close to pretty much everything that Miami Beach has to offer. The beach near the hotel is clean and beautiful. The condo itself was a good place to stay. The only negative point is the garbage chute located right next to the master bedroom which is very noisy (some people seem to be aiming for guiness record of decibels…) The place could gain from more isolation

Perfect!

The location was perfect. The place was great for a family of four. The views were amazing. Grocery/restaurants/amenities were all relatively close. There was even an umbrella rental reasonably priced in the building.

Great Place to Stay

Great location in Miami. Close to South Beach. Pictures perfectly matched the listing. Olivier was very responsive and helpful during the process. Outside of the check in which gets busy with other rentals, this place was great.

Underwhelming

The listing is misleading compared to the photos. Many amenities are cheap or in poor condition—missing hair dryer, broken umbrella, small low-quality beach towels, and uncomfortable mattresses. The AC struggles to cool below 75F, and the shower water never gets warm. Noise is an issue due to an open ceiling between the living room and bedroom, plus constant sounds from the nearby trash chute at all hours. On top of that, the host was very poor at communicating, making it even harder to address issues during the stay. Overall, not as nice as pictured and not a comfortable experience.

Crazy place!! This room is directly next to the trash chute. So not far to go for your trash but you here the trash at all hours. The elevators are crazy. Ther is random carpet and random tile. The lobby looks way fancy. Free valet is awesome but slow. The pool is awesome and the beach is great!!

Miami Trip

Absolutely love that the condo is inside a refurbished hotel. Everyone was very kind from valet, security and shops. The condo was very comfortable and I loved watching traffic and pedestrians on the street during rest times. We were able to easily explore Miami Beach and Downtown Miami. Definitely download the Miami NBC6 News weather app as Florida has unpredictable weather. Great trip and great spot!

Clean and convient.

The beach was awesome right outside the door. The Tiki Bar was everything. Check in wasn't so good. They couldn't find my contract. Parking was very convient. Will stay again.

My 4 day 3 night stay was wonderful and well worth it!

Although there was only 1 bathroom, 5 females managed to make it the weekend. However, the trash chute is next door and is somewhat noisy! The property is just as explained on the site!

Our reservation was for 4 night,but we were only able to stay there for one night ,and we left the room the next morning and moved to another place.my family and i arrived around 7 pm,and the check -in process didn't take long, but the hotel environment ,lobby ,and entrance were very old ,worn out and had musty smell, which was disappointing from the start.when we entered the room the small was a bit less noticeable,but the bathroom and the shower were extremely small and cramped,we could barely move inside.we managed to get through the night ,but there were loud and strange garbage chute noises that continued until morning ,the front door didn't lock properly either ,so none of us could sleep all night .since we had no way to contact the property owner to report these issues,we had no choice to leave the next morning and book another hotel.
