Description of the rental: the apartment is located in Cannes in the Basse Californie district. It is surrounded by greenery, and is a 10-min walk away from La Croisette and 15 min away from Palais des Festivals. This is a beautiful and quiet apartment offering a 70-m² living space. It is bright and sunny. The apartment offers a 20-m² terrace to rest and have a meal, as well as a nice view. It is located in a comfortable building, with great amenities, central heating, marble floors, a tasteful decoration, and plenty of storage space. There is a lift, a janitor, and parking available. The rental is a few steps away from La Croisette and Palais des Festivals in the Californie District, close to Hôtel Martinez. You can walk to the beach, the Palais des Festivals, the exclusive shopping streets, and the supermarkets. The apartment is close to the restaurants, cinemas, and Provencal markets. You will be 5 min away by cab from the SNCF railway station and shuttle service leading to the Nice Airport. You can walk to the Palais des Festivals, so it is ideal for conventions in Cannes. The bus stop is 100 m away, serving the city of Cannes. You will love this place. It is ideal for a summer holiday, a winter holiday, and for conventions all year-round. The apartment is located on the first floor. By the entry, there is a bedroom with access to the terrace, 90-cm bed twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a large cupboard. There is a large living room with two sofa beds and access to the terrace. There is also a flat screen TV and a DVD player. The second bedroom has access to the terrace, 90-cm twin beds, a chest of drawers, and a large cupboard. There is a fully fitted kitchen (stove, fridge-freezer, microwave, new washing machine, new dishwasher, and cupboards). The bathroom has a large bathtub. There is a window providing natural lighting. There is also a separate toilet. The 20-m² terrace is equipped with furniture to eat and rest (recliner chairs, garden tables and chairs). Our rates include sheets (beds made), bathroom linen, and towels. This service is appreciated by guests. The apartment will be in perfect condition upon arrival. Cleaning will be done upon departure. Additional cleaning is possible; please contact the janitor.

Très bon séjour ! L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du centre-ville et de la mer. Le grand balcon est vraiment un plus pour profiter du soleil. Je recommande sans hésiter

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil téléphonique avec la propriétaire, ainsi qu'un très bon contact avec la gardienne. Appartement agréable au calme avec tous le nécessaire, nous avons apprécié le grand balcon,parking devant l'immeuble, près de toutes commodités, un très bon séjour.

Great location in green and quiet surrounding

We had two great weeks here - the apartment is situated close to the beach and the city in a peaceful neighbourhood. We payed extra for cleaning at the end of our stay by the very helpful and dedicated concierge, but we somehow think the guests before us did the cleaning themselves - it wasn't quite as expected.

L'appartement est très bien situé (près des plages) et dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Il est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le grand balcon. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour à Cannes !

A deuxpas de la croisette, au calme

Bel immeuble, grand appartement, belle decoration, parking, tout lres de la mer et du centre, Et malgré tout dans le calme et la verdure.. Nous y retournerons !
