Fantastic location

We had a great stay in this apartment. There are so many good things to say about it. It has an amazing view, the location makes it so easy to get around, the kitchen is very well equipped, the shower is a generous size and the beds are comfortable. This is our second stay here and we were lucky to meet the owner, who is so kind and gave us recommendations on places to visit while we were in Cannes. We are looking forward to booking the apartment again soon!

Perfect location

The apartment is in a perfect location. It was clean and very pleasant to stay in. Lovely just to sit on the balcony overlooking the beach and the sea watching the world go by. We will definitely return.

I had a great stay at the apartment! Catherine met me for check-in and showed me around. The apartment was clean with a few necessities included like salt, pepper, oils, etc. She was quick to reply to any questions throughout my stay. The location can’t be beat! A quick walk to the Palais, the market, shopping and right across from the beach. The balcony is great on a sunny day.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Well equipped kitchen which is a delight with the open market just a short walk away. Steps to the beach and multiple cafés. Host was very accommodating and helpful.

Excellent vacation

A lovely stay

The apartment is cute and in a lovely area. Easy access to the Croisette and the marina, but also just far enough away to be comfortable and quiet in the evenings. The appliances in the flat work well, the small fridge and working range made cooking easy. Will definitely try and book the same space next year.

Fantastic

The location is superb. It is within a walking distance to most important places in Cannes including the beach. The apartment is good size for a couple. The appliances are very modern and up-to-date.

Relaxing break in Cannes

The location of this property is excellent, with easy access to the beach, the town of Cannes and many restaurants. The property is clean and comfortable. We were met on our arrival and given our keys. Our one problem was mosquitos, which the owner said had never before been a problem and was probably due to recent rain. The property owner came by with a plug in appliance to solve the mosquito problem.

Great Location, with great sea views along the coast.

Great location within a few minutes walk of the central areas but has a selection of cafes and restaurants nearby. The apartment has a double balcony where one can sit and watch the sea and along the coast and watch world go by. There is a new well equipped kitchen , great shower room, good sized bedroom and comfortable sitting area. The owner was very helpful and checking in and out could not have been easier. The local representative who checked me in was charming and could not have been more helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will stay again when next in Cannes.

Pride of ownership

Great location, and nice layout, but it's sad so many rentals now are big business with no pride of ownership, check in almost 2 hours late, the "manger was busy", we bought so many things to make the week more enjoyable, and the pictures I could send, but whats the point, companies like VRBO say we're just a third party

Wonderful - Exquisite - Heaven on Earth

I love this place, my only regret being I cannot stay longer. The breathtaking ocean views, sunsets are beautiful, hearing the ocean waves. All the restaurants downstairs are just fabulous, close to everything (a few minutes walk to downtown). It was clean, impeccable host really caring, quite building. all needed amenities worked better than at home. I mean I really loved it here. Fortunate those that will exerience it too.

Excellent Location

Property was next to the beach and very close to Cannes old town, so everything was walkable. Property is small as expected but the kitchen and bathroom were obvious upgrades, with the remaining furniture fairly dated but functional. The only challenge was the confusion related to check-in as the owner had incorrectly assumed we were arriving the next day and we had no way of contacting her other than by email which she unfortunately did not read at the time . We were lucky enough to find a neighbour who had the owner's telephone number after which the issue was quickly and amicably resolved - although standing on the street for 1.5 hours with our luggage with no clear solution was concerning. Overall however a very enjoyable experience.

Great location,lovely sea views along the coast,great apartment.

This is the second year I have stayed in this apartment and I appreciated it even more this time. It has a nice fresh light and airy feel with a newly fitted modern kitchen area leading on to a comfortable sitting area . It has a good sized double bedroom leading on to a good sized bathroom with a great shower. The apartment is well equipped with everything you need . The double balcony is a real bonus and where you can sit and have breakfast /coffee and just watch the world go by. It is only a few minutes walk form the harbour area and really well placed for the old town and it is in a perfect position to take advantage of the beaches nearby. There are a selection of local bars and restaurants and beach cafes within a couple of minutes walk. The owner was very helpful and checking in and out could not have been easier and I was made very welcome by the local representative who was very helpful . I will be booking again next year and I am looking forward to my next stay there already!

great location, apartment is getting old

The Apartment is direct located at the sea, and the beach. you have only to walk over the street to be on the beach. Many restaurants are located in front of the apartment, so you have everything you need. The arrival was very easy. The homeowner’s representative was very flexible, so it wasn't a problem, that we arrived later because of traffic. Only little difficult was, that the homeowner’s representative was only speaking french, and no English. The Apartment has a balcony with a beautiful seaview. in the kitchen was everything, you need to have a perfect stay, and the Apartment was spacious. because of the age of the house, it was very noisy . you heard every car in the street in front of the house, and talking people on the street. you could also hear the neighbours, and also neighbours where closing or opening the front doors. at night we had to wear ear plugs because of the loud noises. at the first days we had ants on the balcony and the furniture at the balcony. so at first we had to buy insect killer, to use the balcony. on the last days we hat ants on the floor at the toilet. We enjoyed our stay in Cannes, and also the beautiful view from the apartment. If you can live with small restrictions, the apartment is a good place to spend your vacation

I had another wonderful stay in this apartment — my fourth time here! The place is always spotless and fully equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The balcony and its breathtaking view of the Mediterranean are absolutely unbeatable. The beach is just across the street, and there are fantastic restaurants right downstairs. The host is also a pleasure to deal with — very responsive and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend staying here!

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und in der besten Lage, man muss nur über die Straße und schon ist man am Meer. Die Aussicht vom Balkon aus, mit dem Meer daneben ist, man kann sich nicht satt sehen, so schmeckt das Frühstück gleich besser. Absolute Empfehlung!

L'emplacement parfait. Très belle vue.Mais la propreté a l'arrivée était sale. Des cheveux sur les draps, les draps pas repassé, le siphon de la salle de bain bouché , des crottin de pigeon sur la terrasse la clim et la rambarde, très sale.Verre de vin cassé dans le placard le sol pas propre, nos pieds étaient noirs.L'état des lits délabres. Les matelas ne sont pas les memes et du coup pas a là meme hauteur.Les chaises de la terrasse s'effritent Et je peux continuer encore....

Bon

L’emplacement est splendide malgré le bruit mais l’appartement et le mobilier sont trop vieux à part la cuisine. Il n’était pas très propre et il sentait mauvais. Il n’y avait pas aussi un local poubelles sur place, il fallait se déplacer dans un autre endroit.
