モンテヴェッキア地方公園とクローネ渓谷の緑に囲まれた丘の上にある、完全に改装された農家のこの部分は、モンテヴェッキア広場のすぐ近くにあり、ブリアンツァで最も美しいパノラマの一つを見下ろす自然のバルコニーに位置しています。ミラノ、ポー渓谷、晴れた日にはアペニン山脈の景色を眺めることができます。この別荘は、モンテヴェッキアの小さな広場から 250 m、車が通れないロマンチックなパノラマ道路沿いに位置しています。車の通行ができない特別な位置にあるため、汚染されていない美しさの静かなオアシスであると同時に、ミラノ (35 km)、コモ湖 (25 km)、レッコ (25 km)、コモ (35 km)、ベルガモへ簡単にアクセスできる理想的な拠点となっています。 （30 km）、モンツァ（25 km）、ル・コルネッレ野生動物公園、アッダ川、そして車でわずか 1 時間強の距離にガルダランドとガルダ湖、マッジョーレ湖、スイスがあります。また、マウンテン バイクでのツアーや、モンテヴェッキア地方公園とクローネ渓谷の森の中を曲がりくねった 90 km 以上の小道を歩くのに最適な出発点です。
家までは徒歩でのみアクセス可能で、家から300メートル離れたアルタ・コリーナ通りの下のエリアにある専用ガレージ（240X520、高さ250）または公共駐車場に駐車することができます。小さなラルゴ アグネージ広場での荷物の積み降ろしが許可されています。荷物は軽い方がお勧めです。
この家は最大6人まで宿泊でき、バスルーム2室、キッチン、暖炉のあるリビングルーム、ベッド2台のある小さな屋根裏部屋とつながるダブルベッドルーム、ダブルソファベッドのあるベッドルーム、バルコニー、共用通路と桟橋のある柵のない庭園で構成されています。

モンテヴェッキアはブリアンツァで最も特徴的な村で、ミラノの都市化地域に近いにもかかわらず、その位置と地域公園の設立のおかげで、元の典型的な特徴が保たれている数少ない村の 1 つです。

実際、ミラノの中心部までは車で 40 分 (35 km) で行くことができます。また、車で 20 分で、地下鉄 (グリーンライン) のコローニョ北駅 (環状道路コローニョ東出口) に簡単にアクセスでき、ミラノ中心部に直接アクセスできます (20 分)。
電車をご利用の場合は、チェルヌスコ/メラテ駅 (モンテヴェッキアからわずか 3 km) から出発し、ポルタ ガリバルディ駅で下車して、ミラノの中心部まで 40 分でアクセスできます。

チェルヌスコ/メラテを通る鉄道路線を利用すると、レッコ (20 分)、リエルナ、ヴァレンナ、ベッラーノ、コリコなどのコモ湖東岸の美しい村々、ベルガモ (40 分) に直接アクセスできます。モンツァとその競馬場（25分）

車で 15 分で、レッコからミラノまで川に沿って美しい歩行者/自転車道が続く、思わせぶりなアッダ川にアクセスできます。ボートツアーや、レオナルド ダ ヴィンチが設計した有名なインベルサーゴ フェリーも利用できます。
家から数歩のところに、モンテヴェッキア地方公園とクローネ渓谷でのウォーキングやマウンテンバイクでのツアーが可能なすべての小道が始まります。

Un véritable coin de paradis comme annoncé. Les propriétaires adorables qui nous ont aidé à acheminer les bagages jusqu'à la location. Garage fermé pour la voiture.Village très calme, vue depuis la terrasse à couper le souffle.Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Mooi, rustig verblijf, precies zoals foto’s zeggen. Je moet een redelijk stijl pad aflopen naar de woning. Met bagage wordt je geholpen. Maar wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Uitzicht fantastisch.

A stunning place to stay!!! The villa is spacious, clean, comfortable and well equipped. The view.....SPECTACULAR!!It was such a treat to walk into the village centre for some scrumptious food and the best gelato we've ever tasted!The hosts were incredibly helpful with the whole check-in and out process. The walk from where you can unload your bags to the villas was about 300m down a gorgeous (but steep) cobblestone path. The hosts made the experience so much easier by using an electronic wheelbarrow to take our bags to the villa. We really felt like this little Aussie family got a real Italian villa/ village experience.

Wat een mooi huis en aardige mensen, we hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Veel gezien in de omgeving met bijzondere dorpjes en mooie steden en daarna weer terug komen in het prachtige gebied rondom het huis. De eigenaren waren heel behulpzaam, ook met hun elektrische kruiwagen voor onze bagage. Fantastisch!

Un magnifique séjour dans une maison confortable, au charme désuet. La vue est à couper le souffle. Nous avons était bien accueilli par Cinzia et son mari qui nous ont aidés à transporter nos bagages. Le village est touristique mais assez tranquille la semaine. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter la région : Milan, Lac de Côme, Bergame. Il y a de nombreux restaurants à proximité. Nous sommes partis à regret de ce très bel endroit.

Une superbe location !

Nous sommes venu 5 jours dans ce logement, qui donne une vue exceptionnelle sur la vallée.La communication avec l’hôte est parfaite, tout comme la procédure d’arrivée où on nous a aidé à emmener nos bagages jusqu’à la location.La propreté du logement ainsi que les équipements sont niquel.Si on devait rajouter quelque chose au logement, ça serait un barbecue pour l’extérieur, sinon tout est parfait ! Encore merci !

Gorgeous place with an unbeatable view in a special village. It was worth the walk with the suitcases. Liana was very helpful and we loved our few days here.

A wonderful place in Montevecchia

A wonderful place to stay at! The house itself and the view from it!!! The small square was really nice with 2 bars, ice cream parlour and even a vinoteca. And restaurants within reasonable walkingdistance. Everything worked just fine like the contact with Liana who helped us with the luggage on arrival. So many places to visit in the close area too! We hade a fantastic week in Montevecchia! Linda & Erik

Een prachtig huis

Naast het feit dat het huis bijzonder van architectuur en inrichting was, was ook de garage een groot pluspunt. Vanuit Montevecchia kon je heel gemakkelijk Milaan en Bergamo bezoeken. Ook het Comomeer is de moeite waard.

Un lugar increíble

Hemos pasado siete días en la casa de Cinzia y Liana y es exactamente como muestran las fotos. El lugar y las vistas son increíbles y la casa es muy acogedora. Además, estuvieron pendientes de cualquier consulta que les hicimos. Llegamos sobre las 11 de la noche a la casa y no hubo ningún problema porque estaban esperándonos, incluso la salida no tuvieron problemas para que la retrasáramos un poco. Si tengo que poner una pega es que tienes que moverte en coche si quieres ir a cualquier sitio. La casa dispone de un parking cerrado en el pueblo, pero nosotros que íbamos con 2 coches, el otro teníamos que pagar por aparcar, y es muy caro, es 1,50 la hora de 10 a 10 de la noche. Excepto para ir a Como, las visitas a Milán y a Monza las hicimos en tren, en coche puedes llegar a la estación de tren de Cernusco/Merate (10 minutos) y desde allí moverte fácilmente y muy barato a otros sitios.

Geweldige plek om Italië te proeven en te ervaren!

We waren erg onder de indruk van de schitterende setting en het mooie huis. De eigenaren hebben ons gastvrij ontvangen. De meeste toeristen die hier in Montevecchia komen flaneren zijn Italianen zelf, dus dat zegt genoeg! Prachtige uitzichten over de heuvels met wijnranken en de Povlakte.

Excellent séjour au milieu des vignes

La maison est très agréable avec tout le confort voulu et une décoration soignée. La climatisation a été très appréciée. Le panorama est magnifique et le jardin très agréable pour des soirées d’été. Le garage pour la voiture est un vrai plus et le chemin à pied au milieu des vignes vers la maison très sympathique. Pour des vacances au calme, cette maison est parfaite. Nos hôtes ont été d’une grande gentillesse. Merci

Amazing Stay

Our family of five had a wonderful stay. The house was lovely. We enjoyed the views and walking up to the village for Gelato and sitting in the one eatery enjoying a late bite to eat and a glass of wine. Everyone in the area super friendly! There is a large grocery store about 12 minutes away. We did get supplies to make two homemade dinners. We took a day trip to Varenna along Lake Como. We also drove into Milan. We did spend a day just relaxing in the house and walking the nearby trails. Highly recommend!

Charming and beautiful!

Excellent property carefully renovated using quality materials. The hosts were very responsive and delightful people. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this location and property very highly. The photos in the listing accurately reflect the lovely property. As pointed out in the listing, there is a walk of 250 meters from where you can unload your luggage from your car. There is an authentic cobblestone path to the property which has a fantastic view over the countryside below. However, for those who may be challenged by walking up hill, you need to be aware that the cobblestone path is an aerobic opportunity when you decide to go into the town or to your car. It took some effort to adjust to the uphill walk when we went to explore the areas surrounding Montevecchia. Of course, we are in our 70’s so part of the challenge is related to our age so those in decent physical condition will likely have no problem with the walk but you do need to be aware that it is an uphill walk when you leave the property. We enjoyed having drinks on the lawn and taking in the wonderful views in addition to the lovely accommodations. Thank you, Cinzia, Massimo and Liana for making our stay perfect!! Sehr schönes Haus mit Super-Aussicht

Das Haus ist sehr schön und sauber und die Lage ist toll. Man sollte allerdings gut zu Fuß sein, um die doch steilen Wege zu bewältigen. Schlussendlich sagen die Fotos mehr als 100 Worte.

Geweldig verblijf in het idyllische Montevecchia

Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het authentieke vakantiehuis in Montevecchia. Het vakantiehuis is zoals de beschrijving van VRBO. Het waanzinnig uitzicht is niet te vatten op een plaatje die moet je zelf zien. De beheerders zijn uiterst vriendelijk. Leuke uitstapjes naar Como, Lecco, Milaan en vanaf de woning zijn mooie wandelingen te maken. Wij komen graag terug.

From the farm-house it is reachable the old square of Montevecchia by foot and also typical restaurants. It is possible to reach supermarkets and shopping center by car in few minutes.

The farm-house is situated 250 m from Montevecchia square along a romantic and panoramic footpath (vehicles are not allowed to pass). You can park your car along Via Belvedere or in the parking right under the street. Only load and unload is allowed in the Montevecchia square.
Montevecchia is the more peculiar village of Brianza. Thanks to its place and the institution of the Regional Park it has kept its original peculiar even if it is close to Milan. The downtown of Milan is reachable by train in 40 min, leaving from Cernusco/Merate railway station which is 3 km far from Montevecchia, get down at Sesto San Giovanni railway station, catch the subway (red line) to get Expo site (approx. 45 min). Besides it is possible to reach Milan by subway: drive to Cologno Nord station (it takes 20 min by car) then subway (green line) to downtown in 20 min.
From Cernusco/Merate railway station you can reach by train Lecco (20 min), picturesque villages of east side of Como Lake, Bergamo (40 min) and Monza with its autodrome (25 min).
