Villa Singola Immersa nel Verde

Located in a small village and surrounded by nature, it offers a splendid view of the valley and the surrounding woods. With a 1,000-square-meter garden, it’s also ideal for two families or groups who enjoy hiking, trekking, mountain biking, horseback riding, or exploring charming villages and savoring traditional dishes from both lake and mountain cuisine.
The property is fully fenced and features an outdoor oven and barbecue for al fresco meals, as well as playground equipment for children.
The rooms are very spacious and bright, with a living room featuring a fireplace and a double dining room overlooking the valley. Even in summer, temperatures are pleasant and evenings are breezy, so the house does not require air conditioning.
Brazzova is a small village with traditional stone houses; to reach the villa, there is a single dead-end road with a minimum width of 2.10 meters where it passes between the houses (visible in the photos), which then widens to 3 meters on the descent. In addition to providing a parking space on the property, we have several reserved parking spots 300 meters away at the entrance to the village. The house can be rented for long-term stays at a discounted rate, to be agreed upon based on the requested period.
