This is my second time staying in this condo, the host Nancy is wonderful and responds to your request . Beautiful view and thr condo has everything you need. Can't wait to come back in the spring.

It was a pleasure to host Paul and Arlene at my unit in April. I was fortunate to have them as they quickly discovered and told me about a leak in the kitchen faucet so I could get it resolved as quickly as possible. They were so gracious and patient . You couldn’t ask for a better guest!! Thank you for your patronage!!

I beautiful place to see God’s Creations!

From the moment we booked this “Paradise Island” until the time we left - Nancy was wonderful! She thought of all the things that would enhance our stay! From beach towels, books to accessories throughout the condo. We didn’t want to leave!

Wonderful View

This is my 3rd time at this condo. 2nd floor with a great view of thr water. The condo has everything you need. Owner is very easy to deal with . See ya again in December

Relaxing time

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at Nancy's Paradise Island condo from Mar 2-16. We particularly liked the quiet surroundings and safe secure campus. While we are not sun worshipers, the pool and the Paradise Island property is a beautiful location. We did a lot of local exploring and would enjoy a return visit next with maybe a longer stay.

Beautiful Condo

This condo had everything you need and more. Beautiful view of the gulf watching the boats go in and out of the canal from the balcony all the beauty of nature of the birds, saw dolphins and a manatee. I love the Hudson area lots to do . Thanks Nancy for leting us stay at your place will be back next year.

A very nice and comfortable condo

The 8th floor condo overlooks the huge pool and the Gulf of Mexico....very nice. The condo is nicely done and has everything needed for a great stay! The whole facility is well done and nicely maintained. The lady that owns the condo is very pleasant and wants her tenants to have a great stay. We would recommend a vacation at Gulf Island...the only "tower" in Hudson....and on the Gulf!

Better Than Excellent

When I walked in the condo automatically was ‘Better Than Excellent’. Communications were important, and the owner was perfect. We left 2 beach chairs for future renters…hoping I’ll be using them next year!!!

Beautiful views

This condo is great for a couple. We stayed with our 2 small dogs. The views from the bedroom and living room were nice. The weather was cold while we were there but you could still enjoy looking at the ocean. King size bed is very comfortable!! We had an issue with the internet and Nancy the owner was very helpful with getting it resolved. I found her to be easy to talk to and answered any questions right away. There is a parking spot in the garage assigned to the unit but the ceiling is low and we drive a 4wd F250 and the antennas would have hit so just something to be aware of, we never had trouble finding an outside parking spot though. The unit does have a washer and dryer which was nice. Overall a great stay and would rent from this owner again.

Hello, my name is Nancy and I welcome you to my former home. I am retired and this was my dream home after my husband passed. I thought I could enjoy it but my family was in NC and I needed them and they needed me. I have grandchildren and I just had to return! I thought they would routinely visit me, but they didn't, so I moved back and I'm glad I did. They are growing just too fast, and I don't want to miss it. One day I will be back to FL. Gulf Island is a hidden Florida gem. I know you will love it. It is everything I say it is in the description. I think it's truly a paradise and I hope you will have a wonderful vacation here.
