Celina is nice and accommodating. I had a special request before renting and she helped me out. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. This is an older building so you can kind of hear between walls but it didn't bother me. I was able to make it homey for me. Its a large one bedroom apartment. Neighbors are polite. Close to City of Hope, Huntington Library and so many other places.

Excellent stay, cozy home vibes,
Celina made sure I had an excellent stay and was very communicative the whole time. The place was cozy and had all the amenities needed and it offered an aesthetic that made me feel at home. The neighborhood was quiet and very peaceful. Overall I had an amazing stay here and definitely recommend it for future renters.

This property is small and quiet, in a great and safe east Pasadena location, close to freeways and to many conveniences. The layout of the units, which span the whole length of the building from front to back, with bedrooms in the back, provides privacy and peaceful nighttime rest.

Great views of the San Gabriel Mountains from the back porch and proximity to Eaton Canyon for hiking and golf, makes this a great Pasadena location. Also in close proximity is Hastings Ranch shopping for plentiful markets, from Trader Joe's to Whole Foods and restaurants: Kabuki Sushi, Maria's Italian, Panera Bread, Stonefire Grill, Islands, the original Panda Inn (owners of Panda Express), a bowling alley, 24 hour Fitness, Bed Bath and Beyond, Nordstrom Rack and other shopping. Super convenient access to the 210 freeway for a quick drive to Glendale, Burbank, City of Hope, downtown LA, and Old Town Pasadena.
