Each unit is separated by a wall and has its own private entrance, offering strong privacy with no shared interior access. The unit includes a free washer and dryer and one reserved parking space. The front and back yards are shared.
• A short staircase (3 steps) leads to the unit entrance
• One compact on-site parking space is provided, best suited for small vehicles; larger vehicles may use nearby street parking when available
