Superb base for exploring Asturias

The property is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Also there's good wifi, even a smart tv so we could access Netflix. Great accommodation and the double bed we used was extremely comfy. 5 minute walk to El Cidreria EL Cabanon (highly recommended) and the property is within a couple of minutes of a motorway junction, so it could not be easier to reach the many beaches and other treasures that Asturias and northern Spain has in store for you. Just over 1 hour drive to Oviedo to the west and Santander to the east. Sandy beaches (San Antolin and Gulpiyuri) only 20 minutes walk away. This property is a great option for anyone visiting this area.

Large comfortable house in excellent location

Spent eight days here exploring the charming coastal towns and towering Picos inland. This house is perfectly situated within walking distance of several coves and beaches but also a short drive away from the mountainous areas inland. Would really recommend a visit to the Sobrellano Palace and Gaudi architecture at Comillas as well as Ribadesella and Potes. Patricia was a perfect host always quick to reply to any questions we had. The house is large and well equipped for dining in and out and it has a big garden with a comfortable outdoor seating area. Traditional in style the house does feel a bit dark however but there is plenty of lighting to compensate. Would definitely recommend staying here as Naves is a quiet village with a verdant backdrop of forested hills. Be sure to go to the local Sideria for dinner. But you have to like meat!!

Claro, aquí tienes una versión cuidada, cercana y muy generosa de la reseña, manteniendo un tono natural y elegante:⸻Nuestra estancia en Casa de campo en Llanes con jardín ha sido sencillamente maravillosa. La casa está en perfectísimas condiciones, muy cómoda, acogedora y con un nivel de limpieza impecable. No faltaba absolutamente ningún detalle: el menaje completísimo y todo preparado para disfrutar incluso en pleno invierno.Pudimos aprovechar tanto la chimenea, que hace la casa aún más especial y cálida, como la barbacoa exterior, algo que no siempre se puede disfrutar en esta época del año. Todo estaba pensado para que la estancia fuera cómoda y agradable desde el primer momento.Mención especial para Patricia, la anfitriona, siempre atenta y pendiente de todo, con un trato cercano y muy profesional. Sus recomendaciones fueron excelentes y nos permitieron descubrir un entorno realmente maravilloso, lleno de rincones preciosos y planes para disfrutar de Naves, cerca de Llanes y sus alrededores.Nos vamos con muy buen recuerdo y, sin duda, queremos volver pronto. Totalmente recomendable.

Una casa fantastica, hemos estado 3 personas, y disfrutado de las distintas zonas de estancia,:el magnifico porche, el gran salon y la zona de estar del jardin debajo del horreo.; el perro ha estado feliz corriendo y jugando por el jardin. Increible el cielo estrellado, que desde las habitaciones superiores, puedes disrutar desde la cama con las ventanas abiertas.Muy comodo todo el menaje de cocina y vajilla para poder comer en casa sin problema.Genial la localizacion para ir a las playas de guadamia, san antolin y la huelga andando, y asi olvidarte del coche y a comer en el pueblo de naves a los restaurantes de la plaza.En general, no le puedo poner ningun pero.. todo recomendable...ah y patricia, la dueña, un encanto, pendiente del huesped y respondiendo siempre a cualquier asunto

He pasado un fin de semana con mi mujer , mi hermano y mi cuñada impresionante. La casa es magnifica , no le falta detalle. La zona de la parrilla es increíblemente acojedora. Excellent séjour

La maison correspond a ce qui est annoncé, attention seul point négatif, il n'y a pas de bain a remous, apparemment une erreur dans l'annonce d'aprés le propriétaire. A part cette déconvenue, tous été parfait, la propriétaire est très facilement joignable, elle nous a conseillé des restaurants a proximité, nous avons rencontré un petit soucis du a la météo inondation du sous sol et panne électrique, elle a été très réactif et efficace. Je recommande!

La casa es muy bonita y Patricia es un encanto. Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación, las vistas y que está completamente equipada para 6 personas. Solo destacaria que la presion del agua de las duchas es algo baja. Por el resto, quedamos encantados y seguro que volveremos.

Beautiful house in a very scenic area

It is a lovely house set in an excellent garden. The surrounding area of Asturia is incredibly scenic with mountain ranges sloping down to a craggy coastline. The town of LLanes is very picturesque. The recommendation of La Chopera restaurant just 5 mins away was excellent. There were a couple of small issues which were communicated to the owner but nothing to spoil a lovely family holiday.

Casa con encanto especial. Contacto muy ágil con la propietaria. Muy bien cuidada, muy bien equipada, no hemos echado nada en falta. Todo muy limpio. Nos plantearíamos el volver a alquilarla si volvemos por la zona.

Hemos estado encantados. La casa es increíble. Patricia una gran profesional. Aunque no la hemos conocido personalmente ha hecho todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta y desde luego lo ha conseguido. Volveremos.
