It was a pleasure to welcome Mr ABDULAZIZ and his family. All went perfect. Very easy communication, arrival on time, chalet left quite clean... Jérôme was delighted to find the chalet, after your 4 weeks, perfectly tidy. Our wish, receiving again the Mr ABDULAZIZ and his family. Extremely easy guests to host. We would welcome them back at any time and would thoroughly recommend them. Gérard

We had a wonderful stay at this house in the heart of Saint-Gervais. The location is truly ideal — just a short one mile drive to the ski lift, which made getting on the slopes incredibly convenient each day. It’s also only about a 600-foot walk to the center of town, so restaurants, shops, and everything you need are right there, yet the home still feels very private and peaceful. The balance between central location and quiet privacy is hard to find, and this property does it perfectly. We also really appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the stay. The kitchen was stocked with complimentary items, which made settling in easy and welcoming. A special thank you to the hosts for their hospitality and for accommodating an early check-in — it made our arrival smooth and stress-free.Overall, a fantastic experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saint-Gervais.

Perfect location for a modern chalet

We all had a wonderful stay at “Little Roc”. This modern and very well equipped chalet is perfectly located a few minutes walk from the centre of Saint Gervais. Everything a family needs is available and in perfect working order. Gerard and Jerome are both always happy to answer any questions and accommodate requests. We will come back this winter and are very much looking forward to it. Thank you for an amazing holiday.

Long stay at Chalet Little Roc

The property was a delight to have as a home during our long stay (over 3 months). The description was very accurate to what we found upon arrival and the check in process with the host/concierge was seamless and very helpful. This despite a very late arrival on our part due to flight cancellations. The host was always available for any questions or needed help throughout our stay. We found the chalet to be clean and equipped with all the necessities of a home both in the living spaces and in the kitchen. We felt immediately at home. I was able to work part time in a separate space in the house and the kids had some remote school. This while having easy access to all that the region has to offer right out our doorstep. The location is hard to beat in town and we really enjoyed being able to easily walk (5 minutes) into town for the market or to visit the bakery, butcher or little store for odds and ends throughout our stay. The kids loved having the lawn to play soccer and run around. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering and we will definitely look into staying here again during our next stay in St Gervais.

Fantastic chalet in a quiet prime location, located just minutes walk from St Gervais centre

What can i say, from the moment we booked the property it has been a very pleasurable and memorable experience. Gerard's correspondence from the outset has been first class right through to us sadly leaving the property. The chalet is located just a short walk from St Gervais centre, with a shortcut through the theatre you have the butcher baker and Carrefour express a couple of minutes away. for provisions in addtion to the excellent restaurants. On arrival to the chalet there was certainly a personal touch for us which was very much appreciated. Thanks Gerard. The property itself, managed to house our large family of 5 with ease with the bottom modern open plan layout is excellent. With a light and airy feel thorugh out the property and the quality of the fixture and fittings are excellent. We wanted for nothing to be honest. Everything was catered for. The house sits on a generous plot with outstanding views to the mountains. Have to say regardless of the cold weather outside the chalet is absolutely temperature efficient inside with underfloor heating throughout. To hot at times !! Cannot fault the property and we look forward to our return to the lovely St Gervais and Mt Blanc Evasion area. We leave with heavy hearts and our children voted to come back in 2021. Thanks again Gerard and also Jerome for welcoming us to your beautiful property. Regards A.B
