We do not show the toaster issue was reported during your stay; had we been aware, we would have arranged a replacement right away. We regret the cleanliness and maintenance concerns you described. Please note that beach chairs are provided at the owner’s discretion, and only bath towels are supplied, as outlined in the “What to Bring” section of the guest portal.
