Located in the Avenida la Antigua Flats building, this 1 bedroom flat is an ideal space for one or two guests to enjoy a peaceful escape surrounded by the easy way of life in Beach Town, Las Catalinas.

Note: Guests staying at 30 Avenida la Antigua enjoy complimentary access to The Club. This is an exclusive facility located at the heart of Beach Town designed to enjoy a range of amenities, including three unique styles of pools, a fully equipped fitness room with weightlifting, and cardio equipment, plus delightful dining options at the on-site restaurant.
A homey space at the center of the flat has a full kitchen for casual nights dining in, with nearby terrace nestled in the trees of Plaza Escondida to sit outside and enjoy in solitude or with a loved one. The door to the porch and windows welcome fresh air, the ocean breeze, and soft natural light, which provide a sense of calm throughout the home from front door to the solo master suite.
Location just steps away from trails, beaches, and the heart of town welcome easy travel out into nature or to the Beach Club or Wake Day Spa, ensuring that throughout every moment of your vacation you are surrounded by town’s pure and simple way of life. Las Catalinas is located 26 miles West of Guanacaste International Airport (LIR).

Las Catalinas is steadily progressing towards becoming one of Costa Rica's most delightful beach towns. As the community continues to expand, various construction projects are underway across town to introduce new amenities and services, enhancing the experience for all visitors.
