A perfect getaway just a few minutes’ drive to Bethany boardwalk and beaches. This lovingly-renovated ranch home offers open living spaces, 2 full baths, a master bedroom with king bed, and a guest bedroom with 2 queen beds. Enjoy a quiet, safe, coastal neighborhood with free, easy parking in an oversized driveway. The large backyard has an outdoor shower, a grill and patio furniture ready for family fun and outdoor meals. We have beach chairs and umbrella available, so leave yours at home. This home is located in the town of Ocean View, Delaware, 3 miles from the ocean and conveniently close to grocery stores, popular restaurants, golf and other activities.

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn & Gary's home. It is beautiful, spotless, comfortable and well stocked in the kitchen & the bathrooms. It is in a very quiet community and a short drive to Bethany Beach & Rehoboth. We will be back for sure!!

Dawn and Gary's lovely place was a terrific find. Located in a very quiet, residential neighborhood, it was everything we want in a beach getaway. There were lots of helpful amenities, plenty of room and it was very accessible to all the beach things we are in the habit of doing (sunbathing, eating, exploring and basically just chilling out). We hope to return next time we are there, maybe even for two weeks. We definitely give it two thumbs up. Denise and Mark

Our week long stay at this property was everything that you could possibly ask for when searching for a VRBO rental property. Ultra clean, comfortable king size MBR bed, beautifully decorated, excellent floor plan, well maintained and supplied inside, meticulous outside landscaping and grounds, quiet location yet close to all beaches. Owners are super nice and attentive to your needs.

Very nice residential neighborhood, easy access to the beach and other locations. The home is exactly like the pictures, very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The hosts were great and reached out with all the information needed for our stay. I would highly recommend this location to others.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a quiet neighborhood! Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house was spacious and spotless. Fully stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. Gary and Dawn were excellent hosts!

We liked the house very much. The area is nice and quiet, short drive to the beach. We were confused about the door lock, and called the host, who came quickly to help us (thank you Gary). We appreciated the well equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, and also a Britta water fitter. We missed a regular, drip type coffee maker and a tea kettle. The shower in the master bathroom is awesome.

Very nice house with everything you need for a relaxing stay. House is nicely furnished with everything you need. And the rainhead shower is amazing!!! Very quiet neighborhood and close to the beaches great restaurants and shopping. The hosts are wonderful and communication was fast and easy. Will definitely look forward to staying here again.
