We loved Hello Sunshine for our visit to KU and Lawrence this past weekend. It is the perfect spot for a parent and a kid visiting the area. The apartment has absolutely all the essentials and so much more. And everything within Lawrence is an easy walk to grab a coffee or check out the farmers' market. Jenny has thought of everything, and it's absolutely adorable and so comfortable. It was so nice to meet and chat with Jenny and Don and their cats and dog, Ginger, on our way out or in throughout the weekend. It was such a nice place to be after a long day on campus. We hope to be back soon! Enjoy!

Great place!

This place was so very perfect for what my friend and I were looking for on our Girls Getaway. Cute, clean, within walking distance to great restaurants and shops, with great and thoughtful touches like chocolate, coffee, wine, etc. Would love to return here someday!

This was the most charming, sweet loft! Plenty of room and everything you might need. We really enjoyed being close to dining and other activities. So glad we got to stay here!

Jayhawk and mass st lovers must stay here!

So much better than any hotel in town. Perfect location to all the best restaurants, bars, and shopping on Mass st. This was our second time and don’t plan on staying anywhere else when our son becomes a Jayhawk himself. Stay here and enjoy a nice relaxing time❣️

This property is adorable! Super clean, all the amenities you would need and the host was very responsive! The location is PERFECT! Easily walk to downtown Lawrence and farmers market. If I ever make it back to Lawrence, I would definitely rent again! Thank you for a great stay!

Lovely Weekend in Lawrence

What a perfect spot to stay for a weekend in Lawrence! This place was so cute and had every amenity you could think of. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants and it was very pet friendly. It was also comfortable and quiet. Will definitely return!

Cozy stay close to it all

Jenny was great about communicating check-in and was helpful. This was a very nice place that was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be beat as it was within a couple blocks of everything on Massachusetts Street in Lawrence. Highly recommend.

Weekend get away

We wanted to stay close to Mass street in Lawrence. Hotel prices were very high, so I started looking at VRBO and found "Hello Sunshine". What a jewel of a property. It had everything we needed and more, was close to downtown, including the Farmers Market! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits to Lawernce!!

Race Weekend

We came into town for a race weekend and we’re thrilled with our accommodations! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Hello Sunshine is perfectly located within walking distance to bars, restaurants, and even farmers market! It is equipped with everything you need and the host is so accommodating and communicative! Would definitely book again!!

Great location to downtown

Very cute studio apartment over garage. There some steps on the outside that we used once then due to rain ,owner allowed us inside stairs access which was awesome!!! Futon bed wasn't very soft but if you like firm beds, it's a winner!!

Might be the best little VRBO property EVER

Imagine how you feel on the perfect sunny day in spring or autumn. This property makes you feel like that. Excellent contemporary design, everything you could want and many things you didn't know you wanted. Privacy, big trees, charming old neighborhood, and a truly gracious owner.
