Everything was wonderful! We stayed here while visiting our son at UT, great location and close to campus. Very clean and loved that we could bring our dog. Highly recommend!

Lux, comfortable, cozy!

The suite was more than perfect! It was very clean and well decorated, with many books, activities, and amenities to keep us comfortable during our stay. I would stay here again!

Lovely retreat

Stayed her for the weekend as I loved my daughter out of UTK. Well equipped and a perfect location if you have a student at the west end of campus. Will definitely stay here again.

If you choose to stay in Knoxville you should absolutely stay here! No need to bring anything but personal items. Even though you would be in the city this location is like being in the country. Highly recommend this property!

Perfect Stay

One of the most stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. Everything was as pictured in rental listing and Marette was so thorough in directions for check in. Perfect location, a few minutes from UT campus and beautiful Sequoia Hills park. Can't wait to stay again.

Tranquility in an urban setting

I came into town Friday to stay and travel to Bristol for a Braves vs Reds game. Settled in briefly at the beautifully decorated villa suite and had a wonderful dinner close by at Chesapeake Seafood. Had a great time visiting Knoxville with fantastic accommodations and look forward to visiting again soon. As I was leaving got a chance to meet our beautiful host before departure who was very gracious as I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with the exception to the rain while at attending the game.

I immediately fell in love with this property the moment I stepped in the door with its high ceilings, open spaces, and french doors. The house was built by a former HGTV executive with the best of taste. You can see and feel the quality of the finishes - hardwood floors, handmade tile, custom solid doors, iron hardware. Its amazing.
