Perfect Spring Break with family

The property was very clean and cozy with all the amenities for a family of 5. We loved the hot tub after a day of skiing and hanging out in the spacious family room at night.

Wonderful Location

We truly enjoyed our time at this condo in Winter Park. It is centrally located in the middle of town and was a short walk to the bus stop to head to the slopes. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of 5 to spread out. Would highly recommend!

Winter Park Ski Trip

Place was just as nice as it looked online. Bunk room being very small was the only disappointing part. I would have expected more floor space and/or a dress. Everything else was great.

Great Location

The condo is in a fantastic location. We walked across the street to rent our skis and there are plenty of places to eat within walking distance. There is no need to drive anywhere, if you don't want to, as the free bus system has a stop nearby.

Great stay in Winter Park

This townhouse is so convenient to everything - right next to the resort shuttle. It fits 8 adults perfectly. Everything was so clean and comfortable. No complaints whatsoever!

Downtown WinterPark

Wow - This was a fun summer rental! It's located right downtown, so we could walk to Rendezvous Park and access a menu of trails and restaurants. We were a group of 8, so since everything was so close, we could come and go as we chose to. The kitchen has just about everything you need to cook with, which we did, and the hot tub was an excellent way to wrap the evening up. They even have a 2-zone wine fridge that kept my wine at cellar temperature. The beds were comfy, and the living room sofa had room for all of us. We would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Getaway for Mom

We celebrated my mom's birthday at this beautiful property and had an amazingly restful time. The host was extremely accommodating with the check-in process and the rental property well decorated and had high-end appliances. And, the rooftop hot tub and lounge area was exactly what we needed. Great experience from beginning to end!

Early Summer CO Family Trip

My family (5 adults, 2 children) stayed at this property for a week early in the Summer season. We had a fantastic time and the property certainly helped with that. 5/5 Property - Great town home with plenty of space for our group. Finishes and bathrooms are top notch and the roof top terrace was an added bonus. Fantastic views from up there and the hot tub was great way to unwind at the end of the day. Also has a garage that fit a truck and mid-size SUV back to back. Not always critical, but I like parking cars out of the elements. 5/5 Location - Walking distance to pretty much all of downtown Winter Park, including shops, restaurants, trailheads and there was even a nice park directly across the street. Easily drive-able to Winter Park Ski resort or Fraser/Granby and beyond. Would easily be bike-able to Fraser as well. 5/5 Host - No issues with communication, re-sent check in email promptly after I lost it. Nothing went wrong during our stay but I am guessing any issues would be easy to resolve. 4.9/5 - I believe in honest reviews and no property is perfect in my opinion. There is heavy construction going on across the parking lot on a new condo/business building. Now, if you are coming to CO and staying in your property all day than you are doing it wrong so not a huge deal. We were out and about every day and missed most of it, but they did go till 9 PM one night and also start pretty early. In the end, it will go away though once completed, so that is why just the 4.9/5.

Perfect Location

We loved our stay! It was the most perfect location—we were just a few minute’s walk from the downtown area, restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries! The property itself was amazing. It had a great view, so many amenities, and was clean and so well stocked. We had trouble getting into the unit (user error) but we were able to get in touch with someone to help us immediately. The booking process and check-in/out was easy peasy and all my questions were answered promptly! I’d recommend this property to anyone looking for a getaway in Winter Park. Thanks for a fun stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was perfect for us. We had a great time with plenty of space and a great rooftop hot tub to enjoy. The location works well with the ski shuttle being super close. The garage was nice to park cars inside.
