This elegant slopeside mountain sanctuary with a private hot tub is an easy 5-minute walk to the Winter Park Resort.
The Ski Haus is an exquisitely designed residence that captures the artistic and refined elements sought for your upcoming mountain retreat. With 6 bedrooms and 6 ½ bathrooms, it accommodates up to 19 guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Originally built in 1968, this mountain sanctuary has been expertly renovated, featuring high-end finishes and distinctive artistic details that are unique to this property. Upon entering, you are welcomed by an open floorplan that includes a custom storage area for your outdoor equipment, facilitating easy access for your adventures.
The main level living space boasts ample room for relaxation while taking in the mountain vistas with a flat-screen TV and a gas fireplace. A large dining table accommodates up to 14 guests and the kitchen is generously sized, equipped with every appliance, abundant work space on the new granite countertops, custom cabinetry, pantry, and all the essentials you will need for meal preparation and elegant dining. It also provides access to a large deck featuring a BBQ grill and picnic table for outdoor dining, as well as a private hot tub with views for relaxation in the mountain air.
The main level also features three bedrooms and bathrooms, providing a delightful and restful night's sleep after a day filled with various local activities.
Bedroom One is configured in a primary suite and includes a king-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom conveniently located adjacent to the main living area.
Bedroom Two is situated along the hallway leading from the main kitchen area and is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds with an en-suite bathroom, making it an ideal space for children.
Bedroom Three is also located along the hallway and has a queen bed and a twin day bed positioned by the main window, as well as a spacious en-suite full bathroom featuring the added luxury of a jetted soaking tub.
The upper level of the residence offers a retreat for everyone to indulge in an evening of entertainment and leisure. Numerous cozy sofas are arranged around the open floor layout, featuring a pool table and ample windows that allow for scenic views and the warmth of sunlight.
Additionally, this level includes Bedroom Six which is a private secondary king suite bedroom, complete with a full bathroom including a tiled shower enclosure.
The lower level of the residence features two additional bedrooms; Bedrooms Four and Five are both equipped with two queen-sized beds, a gas fireplace situated in the corner to enjoy cozy winter nights and full en-suite bathrooms. Both bedrooms have access to a private patio.

This home is pet friendly for one well-behaved dog. A $25 nightly fee is required and the dog cannot be left alone in the home.
There is parking for 4-5 cars.
