Had a great stay here!

VRBO was great - clean, very well stocked and in a good location. We especially enjoyed the backyard; with the pool, firepit, corn hole game and lots of seating. Would recommend this property!

Loved the pool and location!

A beautiful property in a perfect location. I stayed for 3 weeks with various friends and family visiting. Having the two master suites is perfect for visitors and the heated pool and hot tub are super fun. The kitchen is appointed with everything you could need. Communication with the property manager was outstanding. I'll be back next year at another one of the owner's properties since this one is already rented a year in advance!

Great place to stay Great Location

The property was excellent the location was close to old downtown the hot tub and pool was extremely clean. The master bedroom was outstanding, and the bed was comfortable. The only issues we experienced was the hot tub had a leak when you used the jets so there wasn't a lot of extra bubbles while you were enjoying the hot tub. The property manager advised a work order was in to get it repaired but it wasn't done during our stay.The door from the Master Bedroom to the pool area was a little difficult to open or close the entire glass was a folding door system are accordion door and it was out of adjustment which made the door itself difficult to open are close at times.The light switches in the master bedroom took a bit of trial and error to figure out the wording on some of the switches had worn off so it was difficult to determine what light you were actually turning on are off.But for the most part the property was excellent and i would defiantly stay there again if i travel to Scottsdale in the future.

Lovely house in a great location

Our week-long stay at the villa in Scottsdale with the family was Bert nice, offering both comfort and modern living in equal measure. The space itself was beautifully appointed, with enough room for everyone to spread out and relax without feeling crowded. Each room was tastefully decorated, blending modern amenities with a cozy, The outdoor area was a highlight of our stay, featuring a pool and a jacuzzi that became our evening retreat after days spent exploring. Another significant advantage of this villa was its proximity to Old Town Scottsdale. The convenience of being so close to a plethora of dining, shopping, and entertainment options cannot be overstated. Overall, our experience at the villa in Scottsdale was truly memorable.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time and cannot wait to return. The house was exactly as advertised and in a terrific location. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa but we were pleasantly surprised by the corn hole game area! We soaked up the sun at this beautiful home!

Phenomenal Stay!

Colin’s home is off the charts gorgeous! The photos don’t do it justice! The design and attention to detail are outstanding, and the warm finishes take you worlds away into a state of relaxation. The location was perfect! Colin’s communication was next level!! He was quick to respond and accommodate. Rebecca, Colin’s Property Manager, answered her phone on the first ring both times I called. Restful Week

This property was the perfect place to start vacation. Great for family with two tweens in tow. The beautiful home had everything we needed for the week and more. The homeowners left nothing to chance…nice neighborhood, very near shops and restaurants, all the comforts of home with none of the stress🙂 Chef Janelle prepared the best girls’ brunch to kick things off. Disappointing

Location of the house was the one highlight of our experience; being within walking distance of old town and close to restaurants. having stayed at many VRBO properties, we found the house lacking in basic appointments that one would expect from a higher end property, including a poorly equipped kitchen,9 barware, cooking utensils) no ice maker, kichen and patio dining seating for 4 in a three bedroom home. One master had an ineffective airconditioner. Outside lights did not fully function. During our stay, we notified the owner, but nothing besides the cable TV connection was remedied.

Great house!

The house has a great setup, having 2 masters was really nice. The pool and hot tub were exceptional! We loved how the house opened up for the full indoor/outdoor living experience. We would go back!

Amazing and great location!

Our family of four stayed here 5 nights and were so impressed with the tasteful new renovations done in this home. Everything was spotless, and beds were comfy! Colin is an amazing host, so eager to please. We had fun taking golf cart taxies to and from old Scottsdale where all of the best restaurants & shopping can be found (you can also walk to old town centre in 15-20 minutes). The hot tub went to the perfect temperature every night and the pool lights up beautifully. I would highly recommend this property, and we will definitely be back!

I can't say enough good things about this property. When our family walked in my husband said it looked like it should be on HGTV. It was stylishly furnished, impeccably clean, and totally comfortable. The master suite was straight out of a 5-star hotel. We also made Smores over the outdoor fire pit and spent an afternoon enjoying the hot tub and pool. The house is a short walk from downtown Scottsdale — we walked through the trendy arts district to the mall at Scottsdale Fashion Square. One of our best getaways ever — highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything was great….exceptions: the pool tile was greasy, the area rugs were dirty. The kitchen pans and knives are in bad shape. But overall we loved it… great location … near walking trail and Old Town.

ASU move in home away from home!

LOVED the location and the peaceful neighborhood! We truly enjoyed using the concierge service for groceries in the fridge after a long cross country drive and the amazing meals the chef made us for our arrival. All of the rooms were comfortable and the master bedroom was fantastic! I would suggest table or floor fans to be available in each room only for extra air flowing on crazy hot days. Communication was excellent!
