We loved our stay in your cozy town home. The little Christmas tree was such a surprise the whole family loved it, especially the kids. The unit was so clean and nicely furnished. We really enjoyed the fire pit and flat yard too. Thank you for providing your place for our stay. Would stay again. Location was great too!!

Everything was great and in good condition only recommendation that I will make is to lower one of the beds. It was extremely high and hard for a elderly person to get into but we managed. Would definitely recommend this place and look forward to going back again

15 min from Dollywood and absolutely perfect. Very clean and the king beds were very comfortable and the hot tub was very relaxing after a 9 hour day at Dollywood. This is the perfect 2 bedroom vrbo when you aren’t looking for a cabin but also need more room than a hotel room. 5 min drive to the Apple barn for breakfast. Very happy with everything in the house. We mainly just slept there and used the hot tub. But the kitchen looked very nice as well as the washer and dryer that is in the bathroom. It’s also nice to be able to back right up to the door and unpack. I would definitely stay here again.
Even decorated for Christmas. My daughter loved that.

The entire experience was great. The unit is comfortable, welcoming and clean. The location made it easy to get to attractions and restaurants. Our hosts were friendly and helpful with everything laid out for us from check in to check out.

We didn’t use the kitchen at all. We ate out each meal. The house was very clean. We enjoyed our time. Unfortunately, the walls aren't sound proof. When our traveler's next door came in each night from 10:10 -11:15. We were awakened until they went to bed after midnight. Thanks for a nice stay.

This retreat was very clean and well organized with everything you will need for your weekend getaway. It had a comfortable feel like home away from home. We were unable to get in the hot tub but when I lifted the cover to look at it and the water was crystal clear and it had a clean chemical smell like it was freshly sanitized. The water was warm and it was well kept. There were plenty of supplies such as toilet paper and cleaning supplies and towels for our stay. The kids enjoyed playing the arcade and the board games. The beds were big clean and soft and comfortable. They had clean linen and extra blankets and pillows if needed. This place was conveniently located one street over from the strip down pigeon forge where all the attractions and shops were located. The host was nice and helpful and answered all of our questions in a timely manner she’s a super host to me. The only bad thing was the traffic on the strip was horrible because of the car show they were having. But this place was amazing and I definitely recommend and will be staying again here in the future. We give this place a 5 star rating family friendly rating.

This was a wonderful place to stay and was pet friendly which was great cause we were traveling with our fur-baby. The house was clean and offered everything we needed for the stay. Close to everything so the location was very perfect. The host was wonderful, and I would stay here again for sure when I visit the area again. Thanks for the hospitality you gave me as a guest.

The property was located within walking distance to so many activities and was very spacious. The property is a duplex with very thin walls to which we could hear the couple snoring at times. The beds could use a mattress topper because if you turnover in the night you will wake whoever is next to you up. The host was so nice and had a welcome gift for us, she was easy to get ahold of and gave us some amazing recommendations to eat at, which were all amazing and a great show to see and even gave us one free ticket to attend the show, which was very enjoyable. Overall the property was great and had a nice hot tub which we never got to use because the air temperature was too hot but looked clean and relaxing. We would stay with them again!

Very quiet place that’s close to everything! Only reason we were down here is so I can propose to my girlfriend (she said yes). Just a little bit of a warning: for some reason, there’s no cell service when you leave the strip of Pigeon Forge and heading to the house. They do have good wifi so it worked out! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks!

Nice little get away

Its a nice little duplex tucked away from the business of Pigeon Forge while still being close to everything. The starter supplies could be a little larger as we ran out quickly and sometimes you can hear the neighbor rental through the walls

This is the second time we’ve stayed at this property. Great stay just like the first time. In a quiet neighborhood but close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Furniture is comfortable and the beds are really comfortable. Well supplied kitchen. Good water pressure in the shower. I don’t know what more you could ask for in a vacation stay. We’ll be back!

The first thing we noticed was that this is the cleanest place we have stayed in all of our travels. The place was spacious and nicely decorated. We were also impressed by the quiet neighborhood and fact that we couldn’t even hear the people staying in the unit next to ours. Final thoughts? Go to Pigeon Forge, there is so much fun to be had. Be sure to stay here when you do!

quiet and relaxing

We were in a quiet neighborhood but still very close to the main parkway for eating, shopping, shows, etc. The property was very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary.

My husband & I love the smokey mountains and visit as often as possible. I grew up near Chattanooga TN and it's great to return to our roots and spend time with family. With our vacation home it makes it easier to enjoy a visit more often we hope to share the home we enjoy with you!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place. We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
