My wife, son and I came in town for a week for the Cal Ripken baseball tournament experience. This is a great location right around everything on the main strip, but it's also tucked away up on a hill to give you privacy with your own cottage. This place has all the comforts of home (especially the lazy boy rocking chairs) without the high price that most resorts in the area charge. Very high value VRBO!!!!Jason

It was an older property, but still super clean. We will definitely try and stay here again as it was an amazing location. We parked our car and walked the whole weekend for the car show. The host was great with communication when we had questions before our stay.

Amazing place to stay for a couple days. Right off the strip but up a hill so it’s not noisy. Quaint little house perfect for our family of 4 and dog. Hostess was quick and efficient with communication. Would definitely stay here again. King bed and was very comfortable if you were wondering:)

The host was very easy to work with and was prompt to responding. The amenities were perfect. Bonnie’s Place was a perfect location for us. We were center to all of our favorite places. It was very quiet and I loved watching the fireworks right from the recliner.

Excellent stay, right off the main drag but uphill in the trees so it's very private. The dryer isn't vented to the outside so the jack and Jill bathroom/laundry room gets very humid, so we washed in the morning and dryed while we were out and about. By the time we got back, it was fine and the humidity from the dryer had evaporated. If it was my property, I'd do yard cleanup before anyone came. Lots of dead leaves all around the house and backyard was overgrown with weeds. I noticed some previous visitor was too lazy to take their trash out so they dumped a big trash bag down the hill on the side. It's opened up and a mess. Looks like it's been there a while. Trash can is just at the bottom of the hill, we took ours down every morning on our way out for the day. Was going to bbq, but it was dirty. Walts instructions to the property were spot on. Hucks Catfish House is right at the bottom of the hill, easy to get to and good food. All around, a good visit, I'd stay again.

very clean and perfect for quick access to the main road on pigeon forge you are right in the middle of town and it was far enough off the road where you did not hear the noise of the city
