Nice stay and smooth procedures

Easy check in, communicated well. They had a lot of small amenities and items you may want to enjoy such as sleds, extra ski goggles, games and plenty of towels. We enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful Cabin

Wonderful cabin at the end of a cul-de-sac in the mountains above Breckenridge! Very nice accommodations for our large family!

Loved the wildlife

Enjoyed our stay and there was plenty of room for all of us. Just beware there are a lot of stairs if you have any issues with them. The wildlife was very exciting, had a moose come right up to the house and also a red fox. I would recommend this place for a big group and it’s away from downtown if you want peace and quiet.

40th Birthday Surprise

This was a 40th birthday surprise for my son and family. The property and surrounding area was perfect for the occasion and we all had a great time! If we venture out to the Denver area again I would definitely love to stay at High Point again. Thank you!

Colorado Trip 2022

The check in and checkout processes were a breeze! The spaciousness of the property for our group of 14 was wonderful! We had ample parking for everyone as well. Great location. For our needs it would have been nice to have had a little bit of a yard to play some outdoor games. Otherwise the patio with hot tub was definitely a nice extra. Although the property was in good shape there were a few things that could be updated and tended to. We had a great time in Breck!! Would definitely recommend this property to others. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Wedding in Breck

We came to Breckenridge to get married. My now husband and I, our three children. Then my husbands mother, step-dad and half brothers joined us. Along with my husband’s father. The house was extremely roomy for the 10 of us and was clean and ready for us to just unpack and have fun. Which we did. We are from Texas and very much enjoyed the break from the heat. Thanks for being such great host!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved High Point Lodge. It felt secluded even though we were in a subdivision. We stayed 6 nights. We kept cooking simple (bacon, eggs, toast, coffee, pasta and pizzas), and the kitchen had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Even discovered two blow dryers and a USB extension cord in the drawers in the master bedroom. Locked ourselves out one night, and the emergency after hours number responded very quickly.

The hot tub and sauna were wonderful. Cozy nights by the fireplace. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out and lots of time gathered around the pool table for games. When there was one issue the team responded quickly to get it resolved. Thanks for a wonderful time.

Perfect!!

The house was perfect for our family of 13! Set up of the house was great and allowed all to move around comfortably. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. So peaceful and gorgeous views. Close to hiking trail that the little ones loved! We even had a cute fox come by to say hello!

Great Stay

This is a great little property. We had a wonderful time here. We had a little issue with a door and the owner sent over maintenance right away and took care of the problem. I would recommend this place all day long, and we do plan on coming back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice place with a good location, but the house needs some work. The property management company was good and sent out maintenance workers for the dishwasher the same day. But the owner(s) need to fix and replace a lot of items. I sent a list of 15 things to the management company that either didn't work (dishwasher, ice maker, GFI switch in kitchen -- 3 outlets didn't work) or needed replaced (mattresses). They responded and said they would inform the owner. I hope they are able to fix it up.

Nice rental home in Breck for a family of 11

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all I would give the property four out of five stars. It is big enough with plenty of seating for a large group. It has plenty of comfortable beds with extra linens. We found it to be very clean, with a large well-stocked kitchen. The kitchen appliances are old, and we had an issue with the dishwasher that was promptly fixed. We also had the electrical outlets go out on one side of the kitchen which didn’t come back on when we flipped the breaker. The best feature of the property is the amazing new hot tub. The patio area is small for such a big house, and its concrete is chipped and cracked. We liked the location which is less than two miles from downtown Breck. However, we wish there was a convenient shuttle as the property is up a steep slope with no sidewalks. We picked this property at the last minute after another rental property became unavailable and overall we are happy with the house.
