Everything was well organized and set up, except there was no hand soap in the washroom when we arrived and we had to buy our own . The view is absolutely amazing!!!! the apartment is very spacious and clean. The location couldn't be any better. The communication with the host was prompt and effective.The taxi driver Maicon recommended by the host was superb. We are already planning our next trip and we would definitely stay in this place again. Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Love the location

We stayed here for about 5 weeks. The weather was on the chilly side but the little portable heater in the unit kept was warm. We couldn’t use the oven because there is no rack. They responded to our concern quickly but weren’t able to fix it during our stay. We have no hesitation recommending this unit for a short term stay. It was an easy 5 minute stroll to Old Town.

Lack Lustre Accommodation

Well - to start with, we had to be dropped off a block away with all our luggage due to construction on the street and the two blocks prior (and we weren't notified about that prior to coming). Our host had no control over the construction situation, but it didn't help to set a good tone for our stay. We stayed here for three weeks. There were no instructions for how or where to take the garbage, how to use the rusted laundry machine, and there were no racks in the oven, if you wished to cook. We had one set of fresh sheets for the bed, no vacuum cleaner for the floors (only a broom which was already filled with gross black dust). We had a small heater, which barely kept us warm enough at night. There were two egg chairs to sit on in the apartment (which most people use on their patios) and a day bed (not comfortable to sit on). This apartment is up four flights of concrete stairs, so you need to be in decent shape to haul your luggage. The keys for the gate to the complex and the door to the apartment were bent and difficult to use. I am only providing this review because I feel some of the previous reviews didn't paint the proper picture. This place needs help and upgrades if the owner wants anyone to stay here more than once.

Excellent location , cozy place with stunning views of the Ocean, sunrises and sunsets.Minutes walk to everything. Beautiful Old Town.

Good deal, value for money, enough space, convenient, comfortable (not luxury, no frill), able to see a piece of ocean. Not prepared with loss of communication (no responses to any unit related questions), after check in.

Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft könnte sauberer sein. Mussten erst mal den Boden u. das Bad putzen. Keine Info wo mann den Schlüssel findet. Keine Beschriftungen mehr an den Safes. Nach dem wir den Schlüssel hatten ging die Suche nach der passenden Wohnung los. Im gesamten wäre eine bessere Kommunikation zu empfehlen. Am Abreisetag standen um 9:00 die Damen zum putzen in der Wohnung. Check out war 10:00. Geht gar nicht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut und mann sieht das Meer.

Albufeira stay

The location of the property is good although close to a sports centre and school that could be very noisy. The window facing south and enjoys a full day sunshine inside the property. The property offers the basis staying but the restaurants are closed within walking distance. the excellent property management and helpful.

Appartment in great location

The appartment is located 3 min walk from the seawalk/beach, and 8-10 min walk from the beginning of the restaurants area. There is parking place in front of apartment but not reserved, so we managed to find place to park in streets around. But we were end of October, so not high season. We stayed there during 5 days , ie all Algarve trip, as all famous places are 1h drive max from there

Appartement très grand, plus beau en réalité plus que les photos. Une vue imprenable, regardé le lever de soleil tout les jours sur le petit rebord de fenêtre c'est époustouflant. Il est proche de tout, station de bus à 1 min, plage à 3 min, le centre ville à 5 min. Il faut juste savoir que y'a des escalier et ça monte un peu, mais c'est ce qui rend l'appartement en hauteur pour avoir la meilleur vue sur la mer et la ville, et très loin du bruit, on entends vraiment rien du tout. Je recommande les yeux fermé

Vista e posizione stupende

Estremamente disponibili: Ci hanno permesso di fare check in anticipato, siamo entrati alle 16. Il check in tramite chiave in una cassetta di sicurezza e molto comodo. Ci sono stati forniti lettino e seggiolone per la nostra bambina di un anno. L'appartamento è molto bello, con una grande e bellissima finestra con vista sul mare. Non ha aria condizionata ma non ce n'è bisogno, aprendo le finestre entra molta aria di notte. Ci sono comunque 2 ventilatori e abbiamo trovato in appartamento anche un ombrellone che ci è stato molto utile. È spazioso e ha tutto il necessario anche in cucina. La posizione è fantastica, a 2 minuti a piedi dall'ascensore o scale per scendere in spiaggia. Nel centro della bella cittadina di Albufeira. Ottima comunicazione, super consigliato.

J'y retournerais

Appartement tres apprécier, tres proche de la plage et du centre de la ville, 2 min a pied. Le véhicule une fois stationner (parkings gratuit dans la rue) plus nécessaire de l'utiliser, tout est proche. L'appartement a une vue sur mer, lit confortable, pas mal de rangement, cuisine équipée, planche à repassage, lave-linge, parasol, manque juste la brosse a nettoyer les WC. Pendant mon sejour de 9 nuits, il y a eu un changement des linges et serviettes, tres apprécié. Il ne faut pas sattendre au grand luxe, la relation qualité-prix est vraiment bonne. Jai eu quelques interaction par messages avec le locataire pour savoir si tout allait bien et comment le sejour se déroulait. En partant jai oublié ma montre dans un tiroir, je lui ai écris um message, le service de nettoyage m'a répondu tres rapidement qu'ils l'avait trouvé et qu'il me l'enverrais pas courrier à mon adresse. Ils m'ont même offert les frais de port. Superbe expérience client. Je conseille vraiment.

Great location, beautiful view. Could use some attention to detail

Perfect location close to the beach. Sunny, nice breeze and view. A little maintenance would go a long way. Shower head needs to be cleaned for water to flow better. Toilet seat needs to be replaced as it looks like a dog chewed on it. Still I recommend it as good money for value.

Great Location

Basic one bedroom apartment with a small living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Great location - 3 minute walk to the beach, 5 minutes to downtown. Great view of the ocean. Conveniently located to a nice restaurant, a couple local cafes, and a corner general store that served all our needs. One downside was the apartment's proximity to the local gym where there was a tournament all week with lots of excitement so it was not a quiet stay. It would have been nice to have some cleaning supplies and more than 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in the apartment as well. The price was great and overall we would stay here again - just not when there is a tournament at the local gym :)

Beach is literally 2 minutes away, the property manager and staff are lovely and very accommodating. Apartment is a nice size as advertised, and very clean. Can't wait to return Amanda Janes
