Room was very clean and gave us exactly what we needed for a few days around Jackson Hole. Beautiful scenery near the mountains and sometimes a surprise deer or two around. Bear spray was provided in the room, we highly suggest carrying it if walking or hiking around the area.

Great location for Teton Village and well equipped kitchen. The property would benefit from some new flooring (carpet is heavily soiled and thread bear in places), and an improved layout in the main bedroom. You have to climb over the bed to get to the other side or open a window.

Hi Neil, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location of the home, and we’re sorry that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations. We appreciate you bringing the carpet condition and bedroom layout to our attention. A professional steam cleaning was completed following your departure, and we will keep your feedback in mind as we consider thoughtful updates and improvements to the property in the future. Thank you again for sharing your experience, as guest feedback helps us identify opportunities to improve our homes and the overall guest experience. We hope that, despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson, and we would welcome the opportunity to host you again for the five-star experience we strive to deliver to every guest. All the best, The Outpost Crew

There was only one working fan the first night. However we were brought two more (per request) the next morning. Parking pass was not provided, we had to request one. Parking was poorly managed. Half the time we had to park in the next lot. And, when asked about parking the first night, we were told to park on the street.Ceiling fans would be helpful.

Amazing location. That’s all. The place is dated and needs more lounge seating. I thought the beds were comfortable.

Location was perfect, condo was spotless and having access to the hot tubs, pools and tennis/pickle ball courts was an added bonus!! And on our last day, we saw moose right outside our front door! But I can’t say enough about the management team! If we needed anything or had a question, we simply sent them an email and they responded within minutes. They took great care of us! Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Overall a good place to stay. Clean, comfortable and plenty of space for us and our two kids. My one complaint was that the bedroom with the queen sized bed felt very small because the bed frame was so large. It made it difficult to get around the room if you weren't the one sleeping closest to the door.
