Clean place in Great Location, Kitchen needs help

Nice new modern building with lovely inner courtyard in fabulous location, close to restaurants, shops, and bus and tram stations. Very quiet despite great location. The furniture is a bit flimsy and the bedroom needs better separation from living area. When someone's sleeping and the other isn't you can't block the light except for a pull down shade which means the awake person can't go to the bathroom without crawling under the shade. The kitchen has pots and pans that are scratched and knives that don't cut well, so cooking isn't much fun. BUT there are fabulous restaurants all around the area, also for breakfast.

Port Lympia

I Think the flat is good located - unfortunately the are a Big sign when you Enter the building that it is not alout to rent on short term. I Think the flat is a little bit tired - it need to be updated - we wash most of the things in the kitchen because it seems not new and clean. It seems like all the furniture are different nothing match together. The television did not work no one told us - we went to the Office and a new one was already arrived to put in the flat But overall a good stay

Sehr gute zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage!

Die Whg. ist wie o.g. zu einem Innenhof sehr ruhig gelegen und hat mit dem neuen Gastronomie-Spot Rue Bonaparte trotzdem direkt Leben vor der Tür. Egal ob Hafen oder Altstadt, beides nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Ebenso „Klippenstrand La Réserve“ oder der große an der Promenade nur 15-20 Gehminuten. Diverse Busse und Straßenbahn ebenfalls vor der Tür. Angenehm ist auch, dass der Balkon/Loggia zu keiner Tageszeit Sonne hat, denn auch Anfang September war es noch sehr warm und die Whg. hat keine Aircon. Und bloß nicht mit dem Auto hierher, es lässt sich alles top und sehr günstig mit den Öffis erreichen. Wir waren mit Bus & Bahn in Monaco, Cap Ferrat, Èze und Villefranche, tolle Küstenpanoramen inklusive.
