ABSOLUTELY NO VAPING OR SMOKING, of any kind, is allowed inside the Villa, violation will result in a $400 fine.
Nothing should be hung from light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc. Doing so will result in a $100 charge, plus replacement fixture costs, if necessary.
There is no glitter or confetti allowed in the Villa at anytime. There will be a $75 charge if any is left at the property.

Easy breezy check-in. The host Laura is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. The kitchen was well equiped for our needs. Love everything about this villa, it's the perfect size for our little family. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach, and Siesta Key village is a block over. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Best home in Siesta Key

This is our second stay and Laura is the best host! Great communication, the best location (steps from the beach and the main strip in Siesta Key Village). The home has plenty of beach accessories (wagon, chairs, umbrella etc…) to use. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Looking forward to future visits.

Fantastic location!!

The location will make your vacation at Siesta Key!! Laura was very organized and communicative. The house was as advertised and had lots of great touches, especially the ample towels provided. This was a wonderful experience.

Great location!

The villa was well appropriated and in a wonderful location. We walked everywhere but yet it was quiet when sitting outside. Nice short walk to the beach too!

Great place! Right next to the Village and Access 4. Only ask would be for higher beach chairs. The low ones are hard to get out of for older adults.

Another fantastic stay at Kay on the Key!

Wonderful trip to Siesta Key and Kay at the Key! Property is very clean and located in close walking distance to Siesta Key Village and the beach. Host, Laura, is easy to communicate with and very responsive. If you’re looking for a little slice of Siesta Key heaven, you won’t go wrong staying at Kay on the Key!

Lovely Siesta Key

I’m not exaggerating when I say that Laura is the best host we’ve had in our years of using various sites for vacation rentals. Her communication is top notch and she goes above and beyond to accommodate her guests, truly caring about their experience! Any issues you encounter will be resolved almost immediately. The property location is perfect, as you can get to the beach in 10 minutes or so, and you can get to any shop or restaurant in The Village in 10 minutes or less! It’s the perfect size for 2 people! Laura’s place will always be our first choice whenever traveling to Siesta Key!

Great Location!

This unit is right in Siesta Key Village. Shops, restaurants and the beach are all a quick walk away. Although close to everything this is a nice quiet neighborhood. Yes the apartment is a bit dated, but it is comfortable with all the necessities. Laura is very easy to contact, helpful, accommodating and responds quickly. Excellent host. We visit Siesta Key quite often and will definitely book here when we come back

Perfect Location! Perfect Condo!

This property is VERY spacious and has two bedrooms! One on e the front of the house and one in the rear of the house. Only one bathroom but that works for us. The living room and the kitchen are central layout and spacious and homey. We have stayed at many VRBO locations and this one by far is equipped with anything you may need and things you never thought of!!!!! Excellent communication with Laura the owner. We will definitely stay here again!!!!!!!!

Kay on the Key

Location was great. Very convenient to the village. Two bedrooms, but only one bathroom. Clean, well furnished. Walked to local restaurants. Walked to beach to see sunset. Definitely will go back.

Excellent Location and Very Good Accommodation that just needs a few updates

The host, location and amenities are excellent. The main bedroom could use a new mattress and the bathroom could use some updating for the price paid for the rental. Given the rate per night after all cleaning fees, taxes etc, I feel some areas of the interior could have been a bit more updated. But that is the only constructive feedback I can offer because everything else was excellent - kitchen and living area, proximity to beach access and the village, parking, beach towels/chairs included, and the host was a pleasure to deal with. The location is truly optimal.

All of the comforts of home are offered for your enjoyment. We are dedicated to serving you in a professional, courteous and friendly manner, so that your stay is all you hoped for! We are local to the island, and we manage and maintain our Villa personally, so should there be anything that you need during your stay, or if you have any concerns or questions, we are only a phone call or text away.

Nationally Rated Siesta Beach is just steps from your front door! Our Villa is located in the residential area of Siesta Key Village. The Village offers many restaurants, shopping, and nighttime entertainment.
Mid modern century design and architecture, our Villa is ground level with one reserved parking space directly in front. There is a back gate door, which provides an entrance directly into the heart of Siesta Key Village.

Our Villa has vaulted ceilings and a split layout plan. There is a master bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. There is a queen-sized inflatable bed for extra guests. Bedrooms have ceiling fans and are separated by a living area for more privacy. Bedrooms also feature dressers, closets and hangers for your unpacking needs. We have one lovely bathroom with a walk-in shower. Our Villa features tiled floors throughout as well as Air Conditioning.
Our charming Villa has been renovated with a new kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, updated electrical, and pendant lighting. The fully equipped kitchen includes: coffee maker; tea kettle; toaster; microwave; kitchen dishes, cooking dishes, mugs, cups, glasses, and basic pantry items.
Keep all the comforts of home with high speed broadband Internet access and flat screen TVs in every room. 50" HDTV with DVR and Streaming WiFi Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room. Also included: washing machine and dryer; linens, bath towels, and beach towels; ironing board and iron; hair dryer; beach chairs, umbrella, rolling cooler, beach toys, beach cart (to put everything in), and outdoor shower. Enjoy the brick paver patio with table and six chairs for outdoor dining and / or relaxing and charcoal grill.
