Luxury Remodel 300 yds from the Beach- don't expect this quality anywhere else!!

Welcome to paradise! These units were completely remodeled in March 2018. You will be renting both sides for a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms.

This home features a soft neutral pallet of greys, light blues and crisp whites. The units were professionally decorated and feature Ashley furniture, premium bedding, new led lighting and fixtures throughout, vinyl barn wood flooring, fun artwork, 2 huge decks with both lagoon and gulf views all without the condo crowds.

We are one block from the public beach access and you can see both the gulf and the lagoon from our deck. We also have a 24 foot above ground pool set flush with the deck, patio dining for 12, chase lounges, and a propane grill!

This unit is a single story duplex with 6 bedrooms:
2 kings
2 queens,
2 sets of twin over full bunk beds
2 queen sleeper sofas.
4 bathrooms
4 showers
2 fully equipped kitchens
2 washers and 2 dryers
2 ironing boards and Irons

Dual living rooms boasting 65' smart tv's. All tv's have Youtube TV. Dual kitchens with stainless refrigerators, stoves and microwaves. Wifi and plenty of parking. The units are joined by a door between them and the dual French doors on the deck making them functional as a single living space.

We are located on W Lagoon Avenue, one block from the beach and you can see the gulf and lagoon from our large decks.

We offer a discount for 7 day bookings from Saturday to Saturday during peak season and there is a 3 day minimum. Check in 4pm (earlier if its cleaned) Check out is 10 am.

We also rent this unit as half the duplex under separate listings as a Snowbird special from December-February.

Don't forget to bring:
While we provide you an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Great Location

Great location! Quiet even with a music festival going on! Water view from living area and neighbors on each side are very nice! IF you wanted to walk to The Hangout, public beach, restaurants it’s around 40mins but its an easy walk with sidewalk the whole way. Kitchens are great..Had everything we needed for our short stay! Plenty of room for 5 adults and we loved being able to go between the units with inside access. Outside area is wonderful..pool was clean and furniture was nice.Owner is prompt and friendly.Lots of stairs! Be prepared and pack light lolWe hope to visit again soon!

Beautiful stay in the gulf

Great area! Locals are very welcoming. Not over whelming with crowds. Beach was beautiful. Location was perfect! Would recommend and stay again.

Great place

Nice property. We rented both side so had the pool to our selfs. Short walk to beach. Has a room with used beach items which was really useful. Over all a good experience.

Vacation

Patrick was very quick and responsive when we had any questions or concerns. The house is located in a great area, within walking distance to grocery store, restaurant and beach. The pool and deck area is amazing and a great spot to hangout in the evenings! Would definitely recommend and will stay again

Family Vacay

We had an amazing week. The condo had everything we needed. There was plenty of room, we had 7 people on each side. The beach was just a short walk down the street and around the corner. Neighbors were nice. The pool was a plus too. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay, property owner quick to respond.

The communication was good with property owner he was very responsive when we needed him. Our stay was a pleasant one. I just have a couple friendly suggestions: We had to use of both side which was perfect for our family. There was only 6 towels on our side and 8 of us so we were washing towels every day. The patio chairs needs replacing bad, they were all torn and some ready to fall thru. Umbrellas would be nice for the tables to have some shade while at the pool. We wanted to play volleyball but the thorny grass made it impossible. Overall we enjoyed our stay and had a good time. Thank you.

Great place for walkers and bikers and big family with plenty of parking.

We had a group of family from 57 to 1. We all enjoyed the easy walk to beach and not so busy road. Great walking trail and separate bike trail. We walked to dinner a couple nights and to get ice cream. Park at end of road that accessed the lagoon with fishing piers. Pool was great for kids and plenty of space for all to sit around the pool. We brought 2 small dogs and it was perfect for their walks too. Small grocery also within walking distance.

Overall a great place to stay

Family stayed here for a beach wedding and it was perfect for our needs. The pool was a hit with all of the younger generation and the location was perfect for us. It was away from all of the hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores but close enough to drive to all of the attractions. Owner was very responsive to all inquiries and even managed to get a repairman in to fix the HVAC on a holiday weekend within 1 hour of it if quitting. Cleanliness of the bathrooms and kitchens were decent but the rest of place could prob use a little help. Couch cushions were in definite need of replacement and some of the linen on the beds was showing signs of wear and tear. Other than that we were definitely pleased with our choice.

Gulf Shores getaway.

House was perfect for us. Children on one side, pets on the other. The pool and deck were perfect and made the stay a hit with everyone. Would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Overall we had a wonderful stay…perfect for our family. The owner was so responsive in every way …the pool was the best!! We would stay here again!! We loved to duplex and the separation for our two families…great location and easy walk to the beach! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our trip! It was a great house very nice deck and pool, a huge plus was the walkway to the beach not too far at all! Only issue was neighbors were very picky about any kind of music being played. We were screamed at multiple times during the middle of the day (2pm-4pm) when the music was at a normal volume not loud at all. Other than that it was a great trip! Just be cautious in renting if you plan on playing music by the pool. Other than that it was a great house and great beach experience!

Spring Break

House and property was great. It was nice having the two separate units combined, plenty of space for a large group. Patio and pool area was larger than expected and great for a group of our size. It is right next to local families so we had to keep it down at night but nothing unreasonable

Relaxing Spring break

My friends and I had a wonderful time in this house! Even better than in the pictures. Patrick was so helpful and answered any questions in a quick manner. The home is in the middle of a few residential homes so you have to make sure to be quiet and respectful in the evening hours, not the place for any crazy spring break trip!! We had so much fun and just turned it down in the later hours or went out downtown! Definitely recommend!

Great location

The location was great the cleaning was not. Thankfully we were refunded cleaning fee and host was amazing to work with. Lots of people have mentioned broken couch which is still broken. Unable to use sofa to sleep with which was a planned sleeping location for our group.

Fantastic property for multi generation vacation

The property is perfect for a family vacation. The separate spaces made it perfect for our multi-generation family, giving the adults a quiet place to escape when needed. The pool, deck, location, everything was on point. I look forward to renting again.
