You get what you pay, If you expected everything bigger, just go to the next price level. On the other hand not that everything is tiny, nobody complained about that in years. I suggest you assume that your weight is some 200kg and your wife not far behind and understand that we have just a standard furniture . Actually lucky you left before as only managed to brake one chair that I did not charge you. Same with parking, I guess you only considered first and second parking spaces , closest to the block, not bothered to walk more? Everybody managed to park even in a high season, but somehow you did not manage to park off season + pandemia situation ... ? Aircon is meant to cool down inside, so what is a great idea of switch on the AC and sit outside ? Genius!!! Plus it is an expensive , almost new Toshiba, one of the most quiet on the market , so it is all nonsense what you are saying, Basically I see you mentioned all YOUR problems as the fault of our property. That is the case of champain taste and beer budget. Assume your conditions and look for something suitable instead of going for the the price and then complain.

There is not much to respont to this client as the evaluation is based on external factors, not the property itself. Basically , the neighbours absolutely legally were doing reforms. With a licence and within the time frames allowed. There is absolutely nothing that I knew about it or was advised about it or could do about it. So although I understand the possible frustration of the client with the reforms , but I simply do not see any fault of ours or any solution that we could suggest. I simply can not allow this to happen as then all the roadwarks around, all the traffic jams and etc will be our fault. They stayed ALL the time and after that tried to be cheaky and ask us for a compensation... I could tell the same I did before, but it just went nowhere as she started accusing me of being rude, threatening of "going higher"... She did not wait for further answers and complaied to VRBO, so I left it there .
