このテラスに設置されるとすぐに、二度と離れたくないでしょう。 ソファに横になり、村の音を聞くことができます。 本を読むか、日焼けをします。

村、地中海を一望でき、晴れた日にはアフリカとジブラルタルを見ることができます。 テラスは部分的に覆われており、太陽からの日陰を楽しめます。

ミハスプエブロの古い部分の場所は非常に静かで、古いスペインの村の雰囲気があります。 建物は、村の中心部から徒歩2分で、ショップ、バー、レストランがあります。

アパートまで28段あるため、小さな子供や歩行障害のある人にはあまり適していません。 アパートメントとテラスは2階の1階にあります。

Well everyone said about the views they was really spot on but also the kitchen was well equipped we did a bit of washing because Idea for drying and the host Peter let us drop off some food for the fridge early as we had to take the car back would stay again

Wonderful stay

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the apartment!! The apartment has everything you need and the large balcony, incredible views and location are just amazing. We loved everything about it and plan to return.

Great apartment!!

The apartment was excellent with everything we needed for our four nights stay . Our favourite was the terrace with stunning views over beautiful Mijas, the mountains and down to the coast !!

Beautiful town and wonderful apartment

This property was perfect. Very clean and well equipped. The terrace was lovely with a stunning view of the Mediterranean. I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying there again.

Amazing, lovely, cosy, all you need

Amazing views from the balcony, sunny the whole day through but also shade if you prefer, perfect location in a quiet corner of a lovely village that can get very busy, cosy interior in an apartment that is equipped with all you need for a stay to remember.

Mijas flat

Superb week. Flat was extremely spacious, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The view from the massive balcony was absolutely spectacular. Ludmilla greeted us and looked after us well, all in all a great week in a great flat that was also great value for money. And Mijas was a beautiful place to stay!

Girls trip

I have been coming to this part of Spain for years but this time brought a dear friend who has never been. This apt was perfect for us! Gorgeous views from the main bedroom and the patio. There are a lot of stairs but so worth the climb! I would recommend staying here!

Beautiful Mijas

If you want a WOW of a stunning view then this is the place. Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We loved sitting on the large balcony and having breakfast, lunch and evening drinks. Ludmila met us and showed us around, she keeps the place very tidy and clean. Lots of cafes and restaurants in the village so no need to drive anywhere for dinner. Thank you Peter for hosting us in your wonderful property.

Beautiful village, fab apartment

Loved the home from home feel about apartment, very well equipped. The apartment was perfectly situated on the outskirts of the village, only 10 minute stroll into the centre. The view from the terrace is amazing, day or night! Mijas pueblo is possibly the prettiest, friendliest laid back place I’ve visited in a long time. Will certainly be returning, and I’d definitely rent this apartment again. Special thank to Joanne for checking us in (our flight was delayed, so very late)and all the local knowledge she shared.

Great Terrace

We had a great stay in Peter's apartment with all contact being easy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything you need at hand. The highlight for us was the terrace, what views both during the day & at night. It does have a few steps as noted in description so not suitable for all. Only future recommendation would be to replace the fan in the bedroom with a air con unit, but we are from Scotland so not use to heat. Overall great holiday - thanks for allowing us to stay.

Lovely apartment beautiful location

We went with our 2 year old for 5 nights and had such a lovely holiday. The apartment was clean and spacious and the views off the balcony were absolutely amazing! Waking up to the views with a cup of coffee and breakfast on the balcony is worth the money alone. The apartment had everything we needed and all of the cutlery and pots and pans etc are of a good quality. The air conditioning in the front room works very well, we needed it as it was 35degrees everyday! There is a fan in the bedroom cupboard that we used for the night. The location is fantastic, set back from the main center of town but a 5/7 minute walk and you are right there. There are shops, a pharmacy and supermarkets close so everything you need. We love the old town so much, it’s our second time there and we will be back for sure!! John and Jess

Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay in Mijas

Spacious, immaculately clean apartment, and very well equipped, and a comfy bed. Peter our host was on site to assist, if needed, and Ludmilla who looks after the place was nearby. The weather was fantastic for October (around 30 degrees most days), so we spent a lot of time on the spacious terrace soaking up the sunshine and the spectacular view (day and night!). Didn't need the aircon, despite the heat. Mijas is a charming place with lots to see and do. We had a car as we wanted to explore further afield. Parking can be tricky, but we managed to find somewhere every time, although it can involve a steep walk back, so go easy on the heavy items, unless you want to drop off at the door and do the narrow streets tour to get back round. We would definitely recommend this property for most people, although it might not suit the frail elderly, those with very young children or anyone with mobility issues, because of the access, which involves a steep narrow stairway.

Amazing views from a great property

We had a great stay in the apartment: it was clean, comfortable and was really well-equipped (touches in the kitchen like oil, salt, sugar, cling film etc were really welcome.) Communication with the owner was great and he checked in with us during our stay to check everything was ok. The sun terrace is an absolute gem and the highlight of my trip was getting up to enjoy the first coffee of the day as the sun rose over the costa. Our only advice to anyone looking to stay would be to take the parking issue into account. You can’t park near the apartment and have to rely on street parking with all other residents. When we came back in the evening, we often ended up parking quite far down a steep hill, which was fine for us but might be trickier if you had mobility issues. Overall, this is a wonderful holiday rental in a great location with a really reasonable price in the summer. Thank you Peter!

An unforgettable trip....

The view alone was worth everything. My husband and I joked that if that was all the apartment was...just a terrace that we slept on, it would have still been an exceptional find. But it was the whole package. The living space (living room, kitchen, dining) was modest in size but had everything we needed! A kitchen nicely equipped with anything you could need to make a nice meal, we did a lot of charcuterie and antipasto, but we did cook a few times. It was just my Husband and I for two weeks, it felt like a second home. The bed in the Master was very comfortable (we did not need the other two bedrooms) and the view from it again was breathtaking. Ludmilla, the manager, was very nice and helpful. The villa was extremely clean and well appointed. The only thing that should be noted is that the villa is at the very top of the village, so it requires a lot of uphill walking and the stairs to the villa are narrow and steep...so if you or anyone in your party has any mobility issues this should be a consideration. For us, after the Holidays...we welcomed the extra exercise! It justified all the eating we did down below in all the great eateries!

Fuldstændig fantastisk lejlighed med den bedste udsigt. Beliggenheden er perfekt - i et lokalt område, men stadig tæt på byen. Det kræver lidt at gå rundt i det kuperede terræn, men det er også en del af charmen, og udlejer havee gjort opmærksom på det. Kan anbefales.
