Offering one King with a pull out twin in the bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area, this Standard 1 bedroom, 1.5 Bath unit has been designed for a couple or small family. The ambiance of this condo is both modern and cozy, making it the perfect base for your mountain getaway. Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, allowing you to prepare delightful meals at your leisure. After a day of excitement, unwind in the spacious living area next to the cozy gas fireplace or indulge yourself in the relaxing hot tub on the property. The unit has had recent updates and is located slope side. Daily housekeeping service is included to offer even more comfort and enjoyment during your stay. Professionally managed on-site by a local Snowmass team.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

Housekeeping service varies by season. Please call for specifics.

Our on-site Slopeside Rentals has rental equipment for all levels of skier & snowboarders. They also provide ski storage for all our guests. You can still store your skis or snowboard overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain.

Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was thorough and efficient. The location was also very convenient for everything we wanted to get to. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was fantastic and was as listed, and everyone was very friendly. I really appreciated the shuttle having a booster seat, and that they would even pick you up at the grocery store.

Great stat with 2 exceptions. First, it was a since heat wave and there’s no AC. They had a floor fan that we used every night to blow in the cooler evening air but it was still 74-76 F inside the condo at 11 pm each night, so it was hard to sleep. The interior hallways were like a sauna - easily in the 80’s F. Second, we found an earring on the carpet, so it hadn’t been well vacuumed before we arrived. With that out of the way, it’s a great condo that was furnished well and stocked with everything we needed for cooking dinners and breakfasts while we were there, and it’s in excellent location. We only had to walk about a block to catch the bus into Aspen for the Food & Wine Classic.

Dear Roger, We are sorry to learn that your recent stay did not meet a five-star standard. Regarding your concerns about the room temperature, most mountain resort residences, including Stonebridge Condominiums, do not have air conditioning because evening temperatures usually drop significantly. We aim for transparency regarding this in our Policies & Check-in information and suggest opening windows after sunset to allow the cooler air in. However, we recognize that the hallway on that floor can become warm, and our maintenance team has recently implemented a solution to address this. Additionally, I have addressed the issue of the earring found in the carpet with our housekeeping manager. She will remind the staff of the importance of more rigorous vacuuming to ensure our high standards are maintained. On a more positive note, we are delighted that our premier location, the unit’s furnishings, and various amenities served as the highlights of your visit. Great for my group of friends and I as place to stay before and after hiking in the Maroon Bells area. Building was nice and clean, as was the unit. One thing we didn’t realize is the unit did not have AC or ceiling fans - it was very warm inside. Would recommend/stay here again!

Hopefully you found the Maroon Bells hike as special as we locals do.Regarding the unit getting warm, as temperatures typically drop significantly in the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts, including Stonebridge Condominiums, are not equipped with air conditioning. During the heat of the day, we recommend keeping curtains or blinds closed; once the sun dips behind the mountain, you can open the windows and curtains to cool the unit down significantly.
