This is a lovely property. The house well-accommodates a large family or group. The kitchen was a little sparse of cookware, but I understand some don't cook a lot when on vacation. The master bed was hard as a rock, again, my opinion. Luckily, there was a foam topper in the closet. Location was excellent. One of the gates was broken off the brick column. Rental company knew about it when I called to report and offered to send someone over the next morning to prop it up. It was about 8pm as we had driven 12 hrs but we managed to prop up the gate. My point, if they knew, at 350/day, they had plenty of time to send someone before we arrived. An there are black ants everywhere. On the last day of our stay, the PM called to see how things went and I let him know he needs to spray particularly for the ants. His response, "Well, it is that time of year."Otherwise, the house was perfect.

Fun house

Fun house for all with the pool and game room. Lots of Privacy, beautiful view. Would rent this house again.

Would definitely recommend

The place was a great place to stay. The view from the back yard (where we spent most of our time) was spectacular. The pool was awesome. Would have given it 5 overall, but the Spa never got warm at all and seemed dirty to me. Also, no late check out even if you do all the laundry. Asked for two extra hours. Still did the laundry. ,

Nice stay!

Enjoyed a week at this home! Close to Anna Maria Island. Nice mix of activities with pool, billiards, arcades, and board games. Would return!

Beautiful backyard, reno overdue

The backyard view is the highlight of this home. Inside is decent enough, but this property needs updating and renovation. The bedding was poor quality, and the bathrooms need better water pressure. At some point, the fire alarm went off for a few minutes randomly also. We enjoyed the hot tub and view, so we spent lots of time outside.

Cut shirt because of Milton.

The internet was down for two says, but the people at Anchor down were amazing, getting it fixed swiftly and refunding the time when we had to evaluate because of Milton. We will definitely use Anchor down again.

Casa con gran alberca

Exelente para mi familia somos 5 y 3 amigos muy espaciosa , me gustó la alberca el patio y la mesa de billar, aparte todo está cerca como el Walmart, Aldi y Publix a solo 6 minutos , y la playa ana Maria a 15 minutos, y el puente de pesca está a 20 minutos

A fabulous location and property

Relaxing summer trip

We had a wonderful trip and tons of memories …the pictures doesn’t give justice to what the house really looks like … the house is very big and has plenty room for a large family or two , beds are very comfortable and the house is stocked with everything needed ..the only thing I would recommend is it having another ac unit , the house is to big for one unit and got very warm inside no matter what temperature you had on

Wonderful stay

Home was as described; very clean, spacious and open design giving everyone a quiet space. Game room, pool and patio were added bonuses. Location was perfect for all outings and the gated grounds and private neighborhood was just what we were looking for. Highly recommend for a family gathering.

Family vacation oasis

Grounds were spacious and well maintained. House was comfortable and well equipped. Enjoyed eating meals on the patio and view of the lake. Convenient location to Anna Marie island and nature preserves. Great place to stay for a family vacation.

Perfect family vacation

This house was amazing. Ample space for the entire family. Hanging out at the pool, playing games or playing pool inside, this house has it all. The extra fridge in the garage is a nice added plus for larger families. Everything was very clean.

It's a great place to spend time with family/friends

The house is very roomy and clean. It has a large pool deep enough to accommodate virtually any needs. There is also a pool table and a choice of board games in case if one ever gets tired of seating on the patio or in a bar section. The property is dog-friendly and is fensed to offer privacy and security. Beaches are only 20 min away and are of a great quality. The property manager (Kristi) answered all our questions in a matter of seconds. We had a great time there. Thanks for having us!

Vacation and baseball tournament at IMG Academy

I can not say enough about how wonderful this home was for us. The pool and outdoor space was amazing! We swam every day and every night! We played cards and hung out on the patio every day and night! It is awesome there is a tv out there for sports , news or whatever you like to have on. The pool table was used every night. The living room was so comfy and homie! We watched movies in the evenings after a long day out in the sun. The beds were comfy and it was close to the beach and shops. I actually have nothing negative to say about this place. Whenever I had any questions before or during the stay Kristi or Nate responded right away! We had two families staying here with 6 kids total ( ages 16-22) Everyone raved about it being the most ideal place to stay and it really made our vacation what it was! We will definitely be booking this again!

Friends Vacation

We looked at places that would keep our two families close but would also allow our pets. We had never rented a house with friends before, and this was definitely accommodating! It rained more than we would have liked, but the pool table and games were great to have for those times when we couldn’t go to the beach. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The dog enjoyed the yard and being off his leash. The location is near everything. We were pleased!

Fantastic Stay 2021

Family gathering after lock down. Party of 7 with 2 year old. The property was very nice with plenty of room for all. Enough seating indoors and out. The pool was very big with one deep end which is lovely to find in a vacation rental. The bed in the Master was beyond comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again at this property.

Amazing Quiet Retreat

The pictures of this home, like many other reviews state does it no justice! Wow, talk about beautiful! My family and I came down from MD for a family wedding and were contemplating a move to FL after staying here. Everything you need was in the home including ice. The rooms were large and clean. Although my boys complained about the size of the TV in their room, the living room monster made up for it. The host was very responsive and provided clear directions for check in and checkout. The pool, although, not heated, was perfect. We enjoyed using the multitude of toys available as well. It looks well maintained and we left it the same beautiful way we found it. If we come down to this area again, this will definitely be the house we choose. You won't be disappointed. 😉

Spring Break in Paradise

This property did not disappoint it was everything and more that we hoped for! It’s a short drive to the beach and was the perfect spot for catching up with friends and family. We hope to visit again next year!
