この素敵な1階のウォークアウトレジデンスには、設備の整ったキッチン、ダイニングエリア、ガス暖炉のある広々としたリビングルーム、スマートテレビが備わっています。 ガスグリル付きの広々とした2つのパティオと1台分の地下駐車場を利用できます。 追加の車両用の追加駐車場は、パインコーンロッジの向かい側にあります。

プロパティのベッドルーム構成は次のとおりです。

マスターベッドルーム、キングベッド、隣接するバスルーム
スプリットキング（またはツインベッド2台）、専用バスルームジャックとジルのバスルームを備えたゲストベッドルーム。

アローヘッドビレッジの中心部にある温水通路を歩いて5分以内のアローヘッドリフトに近接しているため、夏と冬の両方の季節に利用できる共同プールとホットタブをお楽しみいただけます。 冬には、村から村へのスキー体験の一環として、バチェラーガルチ村とビーバークリーク村の両方でスキーを楽しむことができます。 さらに、ビーバークリークリゾートの各村を運行するダイアルアライドシャトルへの無料アクセスが提供されます。

このレジデンスには、4泊以上の滞在のための隔日ハウスキーピングサービスが含まれています。 ベッドが作られ、ゴミが取り除かれ、バスルームが掃除され、タオルがリフレッシュされ、キッチンが手入れされ、すべての表面と蛇口がキラキラします。 ハウスキーピングサービスは、主要な祝日には予定されていません。

Kitchen very well-equipped. Small issues with appliances and aging mattresses in second bedroom. Dishwasher only worked if we pushed the door in VERY hard and sometimes still didn't work; it also didn't get dishes fully clean. Washing machine spin cycle not working properly; clothes at bottom of machine were still soaked with water even after running the spin cycle twice. Dryer squeaks like a squeaky mouse wheel while running. Twin mattresses were sagging in the middle and uncomfortable; they need to be replaced. Other than these small issues, this condo was a delight! Very comfortable and well-equipped.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay in this lovely 2 bedroom. It was very comfortable, great beds and wonderful to have the extra room. This place was as clean as any I've stayed in and that is saying something. It was also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dishwasher pods and laundry soap. You never know what to expect with regard to these things, so I always come prepared, but I was pleasantly surprised. In addition, the kitchen had everything you might need including spices, salt, pepper, some coffee, sugar packets, hot chocolate etc. We like to buy or order groceries and make our own meals and the kitchen was well suited for this. They also had a gallon of water in the closet that was handy due to our late arrival that we used until we could get our groceries. The only negative is the lift was not running due to the lack of snow, so we had to take the bus over. It was also not quite as close to the hot tub and pool as the last place we rent, but other than that, it was perfect. We would definitely rent it again, especially if there is more snow :).

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our month-long vacation in Beaver Creek/Arrowhead. Our condo met all our expectations and more. We've been skiing in Beaver Creek for over 20 years. Due to COVID restrictions, we spent much more time in the condo, cooking and generally just hanging out, than we have in the past, and this condo made that extra time very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend Pinecone 106.

Great location; ok experience

The location of the condo was to be expected and great. The condo itself was easy to get to and clean. However, there was no A/C and the beds a bit uncomfy which made good sleep really difficult to get. The main issue is with the leasing company and/or owner. We have a service animal and it seems more cumebrsome than in past experience to get the OK to have the animal. And then, on the morning of the last day, was contacted by the leasing company saying they received a complain of a dog barking and needed to resolve the issue. There were dogs in the condo building behind us barking all the time. I never complained but I bet that's the barking someone heard and then complained of. To be accused of that, bothered on our stay, and just not met with a warm personality was just not a great experience. It's hard enough getting my mom out with her dog, so when we do, we do not want to be hassled all the time. Won't be staying with a condo again under the management of this company.

Great condo. Major complaint is the long distance to the hot tub, which was servicing a very large complex of condos and was always full. Not cool. Even walked all the way there in the freezing cold and had to turn back home without using the facility due to overcrowding.
